Die Wohnung wurde neu restauriert und ist in einem neuen Zustand. Zur Zeit wohnen 2 Studentinnen, die anderen Zimmer sind noch nicht bezogen, es wäre also der Erstbezug. Die Böden sind aus Parkett.
Die gesamte Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail komplett erneuert.
Die Küche ist neu und und mit Kühlschrank, Backofen, Herd und Spülmaschine ausgestattet.
Das Bad wurde auch komplett erneuert.
Die Deckenhöhe ist 3,60m und alle Zimmer sind Hell.
Die Lage ist sehr Zentral und alles ist zu Fuß oder mit Fahrrad erreichbar. Die Uniklinik ist keine 300m entfernt und das Uni Hauptgebäude in 3 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer haben zum Teil einen Großartigen Blick über Gießen. Autos kann man kostenlos vor der Tür Parken, da es in diesem Bereich, kein Anwohner Parken oder Parkuhren gibt.
