Das Zimmer hat ca 16qm mit Dachschräge und ist mit einem Teppichboden ausgestattet.
Das Zimmer würde möbiliert übergeben werden.
Wir haben ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernsehen und zwei Couches. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine ist beides vorhanden. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss mit Holzbalken.
Die Lage ist direkt in der Ludwigstraße und somit sehr zentral. Supermärkte sind zu Fuß in unter 10 min zu erreichen, ebenso wie die Einkaufsstraße Seltersweg. Bushaltestellen gibt es einige in kurzer Entfernung sowie der Bahnhof, welcher ca 15 min zu Fuß uu erreichen ist. Döner, Pizzalieferservice, Bars usw befinden sich viele direkt in der Straße.
