Hier wird ein schönes WG-Zimmer frei.
Einzugstermin wäre der 01.04.23 oder 15.04.23 (wie es euch passt). Uni-Klinikum, Edeka/Aldi und die Ludwigstraße sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Jenny (Zahnmedizin) und Simon (Theologie) wären die neuen Mitbewohner. Beide Mitte-Ende 20 und sehr symphatisch.
Zur WG gehört ein West-Balkon. Möbel könnten gegen einen kleinen Preis übernommen werden. Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller und bei Wunsch gegen Aufpreis einen Tiefgaragen,- oder Außenstellplatz. In der WG sind Einbauküche mit Geräten und Waschmaschine/Trockner bereits vorhanden. Die Warmmiete ist bereits inclusive erhöhtem Nebenkostenabschlag. Bei Interesse schickt mir doch bitte eine kleine Selbstbeschreibung mit Telefonnummer und ich melde mich definitiv zeitnah bei euch.
