nette WG im Zentrum von Glauchau sucht noch eine(n) Mitbewohner(in). Die Wohnung ist eingerichtet mit Küche, Sitzgruppe und Bad mit Dusche. Internet, Strom und eine warme Heizung sind bereits im Preis enthalten. Ausserdem verfügt die Wohnung über einen Dachgarten, der z.B. zum grillen verwendet werden kann. Einzug ist ab sofort möglich.
Die WG liegt mitten im Stadtzentrum von Glauchau. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich unmittelbar vor dem Haus. Der Bahnhof (Strecke Dresden - Chemnitz - Plauen - Hof - Nürnberg) ist 1500m entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Bis zur Berufsakademie Glauchau sind es ca 2km. Es gibt auch kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Mit Dir wohnen ein Koch in Ausbildung, ein Azubi und eine Studentin. Das WG Leben könnt ihr selbst gestalten und dazu die Gemeinschaftsräume nutzen oder das Zimmer als Rückzugsort nutzen.
