Es handelt sich um ca die Hälfte einer großen Dachgeschosswohnung: 3 Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und WC, sehr großes gemeinsames Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Wohnküche.
Ich miete die Wohnung für meine Freundin, eine 35 jährige Iranerin (Mahtab) mit einer kleinen Tochter (6 Jahre) an. Sie spricht gut Deutsch, aber ich helfe ihr mit dem Inserat. Mahtab möchte in der Nähe ihrer kleinen Tochter wohnen, die nicht immer bei ihr ist, aber in Glonn lebt und im Herbst in die Schule kommt.
Mahtab würde sich über eine alleinerziehende Frau oder auch zwei Frauen als Mitbewohnerinnen freuen. Bei 107 m2 und zwei oder drei Zimmern und einem Balkon kann man sich gut zurück ziehen aber auch schön gemeinsam Kochen und Essen.
