Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss. Ein Garten ist vorhanden. Parkplatze gibt es auch in der Nähe genügend. Das Zimmer ist nur befristet zu bekommen, da wir Ende September ausziehen werden - der Eigentümer hat Eigenbedarf angemeldet. Wir haben eine gemeinsame Küche, ein gemeinsames Bad mit WC und ein Gäste-WC. Eine Garage ist auch vorhanden, dient aber vorrangig zum Unterstellen von Fahrrad, Motorrad und anderen Dingen.
Busanbindung direkt zur Norduni ist ungefähr 100m entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Mehrere Bäcker, supermarkt, Apotheke - alles für den täglichen Gebrauch gut fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Weidenbreite ist Keine Hauptverkehrsstraße. Es wohnen noch 2 weitere Parteien in dem Haus.
