The room is sufficient for a person to live comfortably. It is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, almirah, study table, a comfortable chair, and own sink. The room has a big window allowing a good amount of sunlight.
A big garden to relax and chill on both sides of the apartment and the Escape bar and a nice restaurant is 3 mins away walking for a bite or a drink (once corona restrictions are lifted of course).
A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available. A huge living area with a music system, sofa and a table to relax and eat your meal or have fun. The rent 210€ includes everything i.e. electricity, heating, Internet, etc. The WG has 10 rooms but only 6 are occupied. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 washrooms to share. 1 big and very well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, and induction. Everything actually!!
Also, a cleaning lady comes to clean the washrooms, bathrooms, common area, hallways, and kitchen, so everything is super clean 🙂
And one more thing there will be one month's security for the room.
I am going home and therefore wouldn't be in Göttingen for the duration. That's why I want to unofficially sublet my room however, I can't offer a contract for the sublet, unfortunately.
The nearest bus stop is 6 mins away by foot. The bus connectivity to the city centre and the Bahnhof is very good. And the nearest shopping complex is 10 mins away.
The residents in the apartment are quiet and adjustable. You have your privacy and also have people to mingle and meet BUT only if you want: )
