Das Zimmer ist geräumig (15 m2) und liegt in Richtung Garten, dadurch bietet es Ruhe vom Verkehr und bietet einen schönen Blick in den dahinterliegenden Garten. Die Wohnung selbst liegt im 2 Stock und hat ein großes Wohnzimmer mitsamt Fernseher und Sofa. Die Küche ist groß genug für zwei Personen um gleichzeitig zu kochen, darüberhinaus hat sie eine Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspühlmaschine und Waschmaschine.
The room is situated away from the street and provides relief from the daily traffic noises. The room is spacious with a view of the garden below. The room will be unfurnished.The flat itself is situated on the second floor, it has a large living/dining area with a television and sofa. The kitchen is large enough for two people to cook at the same time. In addition, the kitchen has a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer and a washing machine.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral (direkt neben dem Z-Campus), in direkter Nähe liegen Bushaltestellen für die 91, die 20 Busse und die 41 und 42. Der Nord Campus, sowie das Klinikum kann leicht mit Fahrrad erreicht werden. Supermärkte sind zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen (1km Umkreis).
The Flat is situated close to the central campus, bus stops for the following lines are available: 91, 21,22,23, 41 and 42. The north-campus and clinic can be reached by bus or bicycle. Furthermore, supermarkets are within a 1km radius.
Als Mitbewohner ist meine Mitbewohnerin offen für Gespräche, Koch Abende sowie Spiel und Film Abende. Deswegen würde ich gerne eine Zweck-WG vermeiden. Sie studiert Linguistics.
As a flat-mate, My current flatmate (29) is very open to chatting, cooking together as well as playing games and watching movies together. She studies Lingusitics at the University of Göttingen.
Bisher brauchten wir in der WG keinen Putz Plan, normalerweise räumt jeder hiner sich auf und wenn mal geputzt werden muss, tun wir es zusammen.
So far, we never needed a cleaning plan since everyone cleaned up after themselves. Once every two weeks, or when required we would both clean the flat.
