Hallo liebe Interessenten,
ich vermiete mein WG-Zimmer vom 01.09.2011 bis 31.03.2012 unter. Ich werde in dieser Zeit aus beruflichen Gründen nach Hannover ziehen. (Also falls sich hier schon direkt Interessenten aus Hannover für die oben genannte Zeit finden wäre dies optimal).
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 52 qm groß. Wobei das zu vermietende WG-Zimmer etw. 15 qm groß ist, das andere Zimmer ist etw. 21 qm groß (mit Balkon), die restliche Wohnfläche wird gemeinsam genutzt. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein WC mit Dusche. Weiterhin ist eine Küche mit Spüle, Kühlschrank, kleinem Herd und Backofen vorhaden. Es ist ein DSL komplettanschluss (Internet + Telefon) vorhanden.
Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man etwa 7 MInuten zur UNI, vond aher ist die Wohnung relativ zentral gelegen.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 280 €. Darin sind alle Kosten enthalten. (Miete+Strom+DSL/Telefon+alle Nebenkosten).
