Das Zimmer ist von zwei großen Fenstern jederzeit hell erleuchtet, durch zwei Rollläden wird es auf Wunsch angenehm dunkel. Eine Hängemattenhalterung ist sicher in der Wand montiert und kann zusammen mit zwei Regalen auf Wunsch übernommen werden.
Im Grunde ist alles da was man braucht. Im Haus selber findet einer großer Mieterwechsel statt. Neben deinem neuen Zimmer werden zusätzlich die zwei darunter liegenden Wohnung frei.
Das könnte ein super WG Leben im Haus werden :)
Die Wohnung ist gut an öffentliche Verkehranbindungen angebunden. 1 Minute zu den Bussen der 30iger Linien, 5Minuten zu zur 42. Der Z-Campus ist somit nur 10 Minuten der Nordcampus 20 Minuten entfernt. Freie Parkplätze stehen immer in der Umgebung zur Verfügung.
In nur einer Gehminute ist ein großer Edeka mit Alnatura und Apotheke zu erschlendern.
Mit dir wohnen hier Dominika (21) und Markus (22). Dominika studiert im zweiten Semester Jura und ist, ebenso wie Markus, öfter im Fitnesstudio anzutreffen. Markus studiert im 4. Semester Sozialwissenschaft. Sie sind beide immer für Küchenplausches zu haben und freuen sich auf eine aktive Wohngemeinschaft!
Ein kleiner Putzplan existiert seit kurzem, an den sich soweit auch gehalten wird.

The room is always brightly lit by two large windows, when needed two shutters make it surprisingly dark. The room has a laminate floor, a hammock is securely mounted in the wall.
Furniture: bed, wardrobe, desk and a shelf are in very good condition and to your disposal.
The apartment is well connected to public transport. 1 minute walk to the buses to heading to the city centre, 8 minutes to the line 42 heading to the northern campus. Free parking spaces can always be found in the neighbouring streets.
A large Edeka and an Alnatura shop as well as a pharmacy can be found in just a minute's walk.
Dominika (21) and Markus (22) live here with you. Dominika studies law in her second semester and, like Markus, can often be seen the fitness studio nearby. Markus is studying social science in his fourth semester. They are both always available for kitchen chats and are looking forward to an active flat life!
A small cleaning plan was introduced recently.
