The flat has 88 m² with a big kitchen and living room and 2 bathrooms and covers the full floor. The room that I offer has 12 m² on the south side with a view into the garden and a door to the balcony.
Currently there is already furniture (1x wardrobe, 1x bed, 1x table, 1x book shelf) that you could use.
You can also use the basement and the balcony. I would keep the garage to myself :)
There is PVC that looks like wood.
The flat is in Göttingen Grone Nord, next to the fire department. The siren will rarely ring (every first Saturday I think and emergencies like 1 time per 3 months if at all).
The house consists of 4 parties which are all nice people. It is a calm area with a lot of elderly people and families.
There are also doctors nearby and some super markets. As well as a playground if you want to sit on a swing.. :D
Bus lines 41 and 42 drive like 4 times per hour. When riding bike you need like 10-20 minutes to be in the city center or at Uniklinik.

I'm living alone in my flat for a year now and wanted to offer my former guest room to someone. Especially after hearing about the current situation for students.
I'm working full time as a software developer mainly from home and am a bit flexible regarding working hours. It would be nice to share cooking, doing sports (I do Badminton and Kendo :D) and watching stuff.
Also a little typical nerd, I like anime, manga and so on. Can also have a look at your PC or something like this if something bothers you (no hardware problems please.. :D).
Also for grocery shopping we can use my car.
I got a cat. He is outside most of the time and doesn't like cuddling.. :(
Internet is already there with ~ 55MB/s download and 10MB/s upload.
Kitchen and living room are almost fully equipped but you can also bring your own tools of course.
