Da ich Göttingen wegen eines Praktikums für zwei Monate verlassen werde, würde ich gern mein geliebtes WG-Zimmer untervermieten. Das Zimmer ist durch das große Fenster lichtdurchflutet und durch den schönen Dielenboden sehr gemütlich. Meine Möbel würde ich gern im Zimmer stehen lassen, was dir das Einziehen ins Dachgeschoss etwas erleichtern sollte ;) Ich würde mich außerdem freuen, wenn du dich um meine Pflanzen kümmern könntest!
Die Miete beträgt 380€, wo alle Kosten, d.h. Kaltmiete, Vorauszahlungen für Strom und Gas, GEZ und Internet enthalten sind. Zusätzlich würde ich gern eine Kaution von 300€ nehmen.
As I will be leaving Göttingen for two month due to an internship, I would like to sublet my beloved room in a shared flat. The room is flooded with light through the large window and is very cozy due to the beautiful floorboards. I would be happy to leave my furniture in the room, which should make it a little easier for you to move into the attic ;) I would also be happy if you could take care of my plants!
The rent is 380€, which includes all costs, i.e. basic rent, advance payments for electricity and gas, GEZ and internet. I would also like to take a deposit of 300€.
Die Wohnung ist super praktisch gelegen. Generell ist alles in der Innenstadt nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zum Zentralcampus fährt man mit dem Fahrrad maximal 10 min und zum Nordcampus 15-20 min. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in unter 10 min zu erreichen. Einkaufen lässt es sich bei Nahkauf, Aldi oder Rewe, wo man überall in 3-8 min ist. Außerdem ist die Leine direkt um die Ecke, was sich perfekt für ein Spaziergang oder zum Joggen eignet.
The apartment is in a super practical location. In general, everything in the city center is just a short walk away. It takes a maximum of 10 minutes by bike to the central campus and 15-20 minutes to the north campus. The train station can be reached by foot in under 10 minutes. You can do your shopping at Nahkauf, Aldi or Rewe, which are all 3-8 minutes away. The river Leine is also just around the corner, which is perfect for a walk or jog.
In dem Zeitraum würdest du mit Sarah und Elly zusammen wohnen. Sarah ist 23 und studiert Agrarwissenschaften. Elly ist ebenfalls 23 und studiert Hebammenwissenschaften.
Unser WG-Leben ist freundschaftlich und offene Kommunikation ist uns sehr wichtig. Im Alltag verquatschen wir uns gerne mal in der Küche und essen zusammen. Ansonsten machen wir aber auch öfters mal geplante WG-Abende, wo wir zusammen kochen, einen Film gucken oder auch mal in eine Kneipe gehen. Wenn man aber auch mal seine Ruhe haben, ist das natürlich genauso in Ordnung und akzeptiert.
Außerdem ist uns wichtig, dass unsere gemütliche Wohnung auch so schön bleibt und deswegen haben wir einen Putzplan, an den wir uns auch halten :)
You would be living with Sarah and Elly during this period. Sarah is 23 and is studying agricultural sciences. Elly is also 23 and is studying midwifery.
Our shared flat is friendly and open communication is very important to us. In everyday life, we like to chat in the kitchen and eat together. Apart from that, we often have planned flat-share evenings where we cook together, watch a movie or go to a pub. But if you want to have some peace and quiet, that's just as okay and acceptable.
It's also important to us that our cozy apartment stays this nice and that's why we have a cleaning plan that we stick to :)
Beim Einzug- und Auszugdatum bin ich ein bisschen flexibel, auf ein paar Tage kommt es da nicht so an. Melde dich also trotzdem gerne, wenn es vielleicht nicht auf den Tag genau passt und dann können wir die Details bequatschen :)
I'm a bit flexible when it comes to move-in and move-out dates, a few days don't really matter. So feel free to get in touch even if the dates are not a 100% lining up with what you imagine and then we'll discuss the details :)
