Wir suchen für unsere lebendige Familien-WG eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Wir sind Marie (34), Gernot (42), Lotta (6), Mio (2) arbeiten im Theater, gehen in den Kindergarten und in die Kita.
Unsere schöne Wohnung ist 140qm groß, hat sieben Zimmer, einen großen Balkon zum Garten und liegt im ersten Stock eines Fachwerkhauses. Es gibt eine Badewanne, Dusche und zwei Toiletten. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr hell, haben hohe Decken und breite Dielen. Die Wohnung liegt im unteren Ostviertel nur ein paar Meter vom Theater entfernt. Der Bus fährt vor der Haustür, zur Uni und in die Fußgängerzone sind es zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad nur wenige Minuten.
Das unmöblierte Zimmer ist ca 10 qm groß, hat schöne Holzdielen und ein Fenster mit Morgensonne. Die große Diele (40 qm) mit Sofa und Klavier ist unser gemeinsames Wohnzimmer.

we are looking for a flatmate, who would like to share the beautiful flat with us. We are a family, (42, 34, 5, 2).
The flat has 140 qm, seven rooms and is in a beautiful old house, with high ceelings and a wooden floor. the flat has a big sunny balcony with garden view, a big bathroom, an extra toilet and full equipped kitchen.
The non furnitured room is 10sq, bright with a wooden floor.
The flat is located in the so called Ostviertel very close to the city center and the university.
We look for people who like to live together with children, to cook sometimes together or make music.
