Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß und liegt nach hinten in Richtung eines Innenhofs. In der Wohnung ist eine vollausgestatte Küche und ein kleines Bad. Die Küche ist etwa 14 qm groß. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist beim Auszug weiß gestrichen worden.
Die Lage ist perfekt! Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 2 min. zu Fuß entfernt und das ZHG erreicht man auch zu Fuß in 5 min.. Direkt vor der Tür ist die Fußgängerzone, sodass unterschiedliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell zu erreichen sind. In dem Haus wohnen sonst nur Studenten. Es befindet sich auch eine Bar im Haus. Es kann also auch mal lauter werden.
Ich studiere im Master Agrar und das WG Leben ist ganz entspannt. Nach sechs Jahren Studium und Zusammenleben zieht meine Mitbewohnerin aus, weshalb ich nun eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in suche.
Weitere Fotos der Wohnung kann ich gerne verschicken und alles weitere können wir gerne persönlich bei einer Besichtigung besprechen oder evtl. per Zoom, etc.
Zu den Kosten kommt eine Kaution an die Vermieterin hinzu, da wir beide Hauptmieter der Wohnung wären. Vor zwei Jahren haben wir eine neue Küchenzeile angeschafft, dafür ist der Abschlag an meine Mitbewohnerin.
Bis August würdest du mit einer guten Freundin (auch im Agrar Master) zusammenwohnen. Dann komme ich wieder und bringe auch meine kleine Hundin mit.
