Das Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie brauchen. Sie können die Matratze, Schreibtisch, zwei Lampen, Nachttisch, ein sehr bequemer Stuhl, ein Kleiderschrank und ein Luftfilter alle kostenlos. Sie werden zwei große Fenster mit einem schönen Blick auf unseren Garten haben, was das Zimmer sehr hell und gut zum Lernen macht. Die Möbel sind kostenlos, da ich sie ebenfalls kostenlos vom Vormieter übernommen habe, aber wenn Sie schon Ihre Möbel haben, können wir immer besprechen, was wir machen können.
Das Badezimmer wird mit zwei anderen Personen geteilt, während die anderen sich ein zweites Badezimmer teilen. In Ihrem Badezimmer finden Sie auch eine Waschmaschine. Die gleiche Aufteilung gilt auch für die beiden Kühlschränke, die wir haben, so dass für jeden genügend Platz vorhanden ist. Die Küche verfügt über die gesamte Grundausstattung, darunter ein extra Gefrierschrank, eine Mikrowelle und eine Kaffeemaschine. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich mit einem schönen Sofa und Platz für gesellige Abende.
Der Garten wird mit einer anderen Wohnung geteilt, aber sie benutzen ihn nie. Dort finden Sie auch eine Grillausrüstung.

The room is furnished with everything you need. You can keep the mattress, desk, two lamps, nightstand, a very comfortable chair, a wardrobe, and an air filter all for free. You will have two big windows with a nice view of our garden, which makes the room very bright and good for studying. The furniture is free as I also have taken it for no cost from the previous occupant, but if you already have your furniture, we can always discuss what we can do.
The bathroom is shared with two other people, while the others share a second one. In your bathroom, you will also find a washing machine. The same division applies to the two fridges we have, so there is plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen has all the basic equipment, including an extra freezer, microwave, and coffee machine. The living room is very comfortable with a nice sofa and space for social nights.
The garden is shared with another apartment, but they never use it. There you will also find grilling equipment.
Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage für Studenten. Wenn man die Straße überquert, ist man schon auf dem Campus und in der Zentralmensa, man kann also immer ein paar Minuten länger schlafen. Einen Netto kann man vom Fenster aus sehen und Rewe, Lidl und Aldi sind alle innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zur Innenstadt sind es ebenfalls nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich ein Kiosk, der fast rund um die Uhr geöffnet hat, falls man spät abends noch Hunger bekommt

The apartment has a perfect location for students. If you cross the street you are already on the campus and the Zentralmensa, so you can always sleep for a few extra minutes. You can see a Netto from your window and Rewe, Lidl and Aldi are all within 10 minutes walking distance. To the Innenstadt, it is also just 10 minutes walking. There is a Kiosk right next to our door which is open almost 24/7 in case you get hungry late at night.
Du würdest mit Leon zusammenleben, der Mathe studiert und immer offen dafür ist, Döner zu essen, Schach zu spielen oder einfach im Wohnzimmer abzuhängen. Mahmoud kommt aus Marokko und kocht sehr gut. Er ist Arzt zum Beruf und lernt gerade Deutsch, um sein Arbeitsvisum zu bekommen. Rosa kommt nächsten Monat aus Österreich, um ihr Medizinstudium zu beginnen. Sie liebt Pflanzen, Lesen und Tanzen. Neben Deutsch sprechen alle auch Englisch, falls man ein internationaler Student ist, wie ich es bin.
Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer haben viel Platz für größere Kochpläne und haben schon nette Abende mit Getränken, Essen, Spielen und Musik erlebt. Alle Mitbewohner sind offen für gemeinsame Unternehmungen, haben aber auch gerne Zeit für sich, so dass die Wohnung eine gute Mischung aus sozialem und privatem Bereich bietet.
Die Nachbarn sind sehr entspannt und wir sehen sie selten.

You would live with Leon, who studies math and is always open to eating Döner, playing chess, or just hanging out in the living room. Mahmoud comes from Morocco and cooks very well. He is a graduated physician and is currently studying German to get his work visa. Rosa is moving from Austria next month to start her studies in medicine. She loves plants, reading, and dancing. Besides German, everyone also speaks English, in case you are an international student, as I am.
The kitchen and living room have plenty of space for larger cooking plans and have already seen nice evenings with drinks, food, games, and music. All flatmates are open to sharing a good time together but also like to have time for themselves, which means the apartment has a good mixture of social and private spheres.
The neighbors are very relaxed and we rarely see them.
