Hey,
ich möchte mein möbliertes WG-Zimmer vom 01.06.21 bis zum 31.08.21 untervermieten, weil ich in der Zeit ein Praktikum woanders habe. Schreibtisch, Drehstuhl, Bett, Magnettafel, Kleiderschrank, Teppich und Regale bleiben auf jeden Fall dort. Ob ich Dinge wie Putzzeug oder Bettwäsche da lasse, können wir zusammen entscheiden. In den 9 qm ist die Dachschräge schon mit eingerechnet, sodass praktisch noch etwas mehr Raum da ist (etwa 11qm). Durch das Dachfenster Richtung Süden, was den Raum gut beleuchtet, guckt man auf Bäume und den Wochenmarkt.

I want to sublease my furnished room in shared flat from June 1st 2021 till August 31st 2021 because I have an internship somewhere else during this time. I will definitively leave my desk, chair, bed, magnet board, closet, carpet and shelves. If I should leave things like my cleaning utensils or bed sets we can decide together. The 9 square meters already include the roof slope, otherwise the room would be about 11 square meters big. Through the roof window facing south, which makes the room brightly lighted, you can see trees and the "Wochenmarkt".
Da die Wohnung direkt an der Innenstadt liegt, erreicht man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten Geschäfte sowie Bushaltestellen, ohne dass es so laut ist wie in der Fußgängerzone. Außerdem ist der Wochenmarkt, der Dienstag, Donnerstag und Samstag stattfindet, quasi direkt vor der Tür. Zum Spazierengehen ist auch der Stadtwall keine 5 Minuten entfernt.
As the flat is located right at the heart of the city, shopping facilities and bus stops are just a minute away, while not being too loud. The "Wochenmarkt" takes place on tuesday, thursday and saturday, while being right in front of the house. And if you like to go on walks: The "Stadtwall" is less than 5 minutes away.
Meine beiden Mitbewohnerinnen Fiona und Ulrike studieren so wie ich im 6. Semester Psychologie. Gerne verbringen wir Abende zum Kochen (vegan) und Filme schauen zusammen, respektieren aber auch die Privatsphäre voneinander. Probleme werden einfach direkt angesprochen, sodass wir eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre miteinander haben. Wir haben einen Putz- und Kaufplan (für Dinge wie Spülmittel), sodass alles sehr geregelt und fair abläuft.
My flatmates Fiona and Ulrike study psychology in the 6th semester just like me. We like to spend evenings together to cook (vegan) and watch movies, while also respect each others privacy. If there are any problems we just talk them out, so it is very chill. We have plans for cleaning and buying stuff like dish soap, so everything takes place in an ordered and fair manner.
