Da ich aus meinen kleinen aber feinen WG-Zimmer ausziehe suche ich einen Nachmieter zum 15.09.2022 oder 01.10.2022.
Die Wohnung hat einen wunderschönen großen Balkon der zum Garten von der Küche aus abgeht. Auch der Garten kann mit genutzt werden und bietet jede menge Platz für Gartenpartys und chilliges Grillabende.
Die Wohnung ist direkt in der Innenstadt, sodass man zum Bahnhof nur 5 min und auch sonst überall hin (Supermarkt, Restaurants, DM etc.) nicht länger als 5 min braucht.
Du würdest während deiner Zeit mit Nina zusammen wohnen, die derzeit auch studiert und nebenbei arbeitet.
Nina ist sehr gesellig, sodass man abends mal auf dem Balkon sitzt, zusammen auf den Markt geht oder zusammen kocht. Alles kann nichts muss.
Auch andere Dinge wie putzen und aufräumen sind kein Problem da sprechen wir uns ab und haben einen Plan an den sich auch jeder hält.
