Mitbewohner*in für gemütliche 3er WG gesucht :)

Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG und es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, wenn du gerne schnell in der Natur bist und trotzdem nah an der Innenstadt sein möchtest. Laut Postleitzahl gehören wir noch zur Innenstadt, jedoch befindet sich die Wohnung außerhalb des Innenstadtrings und es wirkt eher wie die Südstadt. Zu Fuß bist du in max. 10 Minuten bei der Eiswiese (Schwimmbad) oder beim Kiessee und zur Leine sind es max. 5 Minuten. Zum Bahnhof sind es zu Fuß ca. 12 Minuten und mit dem Fahrrad ca. 5. Falls dir aber nach Bus fahren sein sollte, befinden sich ganz in der Nähe einige Haltestellen. Der Zentral Campus der Uni ist, wenn du durch die Innenstadt oder am Bahnhof entlang fährst, mit dem Rad nur ca. 8 Minuten entfernt und zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten.

The location

The apartment is on the 1st floor and there is no elevator. The location of the apartment is very good, especially if you like to be close to nature and still be not far from the city center. According to the ZIP code, we still belong to the city center but the apartment is located outside the inner city ring and it seems more like the southern district. You can walk to the Eiswiese (public swimming pool) or the Kiessee (lake) in max. 10 minutes and to the Leine (river) in max. 5 minutes. The train station is about 12 minutes away by foot and about 5 minutes by bike. If you feel like taking the bus there are several bus stops nearby. The central campus of the university is only about 8 minutes away by bike and about 20 minutes on foot.

Du würdest von November bis Ende Februar/März mit Sylvie (21) und Greta (18) zusammenwohnen. Da Imke (24) ab Ende Februar/März aus ihrem Auslandssemester wieder kommt und Greta ausziehen wird, würdest du ab dann mit Sylvie und Imke zusammenwohnen. Sylvie studiert Ethnologie und Religionswissenschaften. Sie ist politisch aktiv und verbringt ihre Freizeit gerne mit Lesen, singt und tanzt gelegentlich durch ihr Zimmer. Sie ist immer offen für spontane Aktionen und feste Umarmungen. Imke studiert Geschlechterforschung und Kulturanthropologie im Bachelor und verbringt ihre Zeit gerne mit ihren Freund*innen, geht bouldern und laufen. Wenn sie nicht unterwegs ist, ist sie gerne am kochen, quatschen oder auch mit einem Buch in der Hand aufzufinden. Greta fängt in diesem Semester an Psychologie zu studieren und möchte wieder anfangen zu Fechten. Außerdem liest und zeichnet sie gerne, interessiert sich für Politik, Geographie und mag Pflanzen. Außerdem redet Greta gerne über alle möglichen Sachen :)

Unser Zusammenleben würden wir als gemeinschaftlich, solidarisch, rücksichtsvoll, freundschaftlich und locker beschreiben. Wir verbringen gerne Zeit zusammen, bei gutem Wetter auch im Garten vor dem Haus, fahren zum See, spielen Spiele, diskutieren und/oder führen Gespräche miteinander oder gucken einfach eine Serie zusammen. Wir würden uns definitiv nicht als Zweck-WG bezeichnen und haben gerne ein offenes Ohr füreinander und es ist uns wichtig, nicht nebeinander her zu Leben. Wenn es zeitlich passt, kochen wir auch sehr gerne zusammen, ansonsten kochen wir auch einfach mal für die andere Person mit. Trotzdem kann natürlich jede Person ihren Freiraum haben und es ist immer Verständnis dafür da, sich Zeit für sich zu nehmen.

Was für uns noch wichtig wäre:
Wir würden uns als fehlerfreundlich beschreiben, dennoch ist es uns wichtig, zu sagen, dass wir in unserer WG versuchen, keine Diskriminierungen (Rassismus, Sexismus, Antisemitismus, Queer- und Transfeindlichkeit, Ableismus, oder andere Haltungen) zu reproduzieren. Trotzdem sind uns bestimmte Grundwerte wichtig, damit sich auch alle in der WG wohlfühlen können.

Co-living situation

You would then live with Sylvie (21) and Greta (18) from November until the end of February. Since Imke (24) will come back from her semester abroad at the end of February/March and Greta will move out, you would live with Sylvie and Imke from then on. Sylvie is studying ethnology and religious studies. She is politically active and likes to spend her free time reading, singing and occasionally dancing around her room. She is always open to spontaneous actions and firm hugs. Imke is studying gender studies and cultural anthropology in her bachelor's degree and likes to spend her time with her friends, go bouldering and running. When she is not on the road, she likes to cook, chat, or can be found with a book in her hand. Greta is starting to study psychology this semester and wants to start fencing again. She also likes to read and draw, is interested in politics, geography and likes plants. Greta also likes to talk about all kinds of things :).

We would describe our living together as communal, solidary, considerate, friendly, and relaxed. We like to spend time together, when the weather is good also in the garden in front of the house, go to the lake, play games, discuss and/or have conversations with each other or just watch shows together. We would definitely not call ourselves a purpose shared apartment and like to have an open ear for each other and it is important to us not to just co-exist. If it fits time-wise, we also like to cook together, otherwise we also sometimes cook for the others and share the food. Nevertheless, of course, each person can have their space and there is always understanding to take time for themselves.

What else is important to us:
We would describe ourselves as understanding of mistakes and trying to create a learning-environment, yet it is important to us to say that we try not to reproduce any discriminations (racism, sexism, anti-semitism, queer- and transphobia, ableism, or other positions) in our apartment. Nevertheless, certain basic values are important to us so that everyone in the WG can feel comfortable.

Der Abschlag setzt sich aus der Beschaffung einiger Anschaffungen, wie z.B. die Waschmaschine zusammen und beläuft sich auf etwa 40€.

The discount is composed of the acquisition of some purchases, such as the washing machine and amounts to about 40€.
