Das frei werdende Zimmer ist etwa 15m^2 groß und annähernd quadratisch geschnitten. Die zwei Fenster machen es das ganze Jahr über schön hell, besonders vormittags scheint oft die Sonne rein. Der Boden besteht aus alten Holzdielen und unter der Heizung blitzt ein bisschen alte Vertäfelung hervor.
Im angrenzenden Flur haben wir uns eine kleine Sitzecke eingerichtet, wo wir uns abends manchmal treffen. Die Küche hat alles, was man so braucht (insbesondere einen relativ neuen Kühlschrank mit viel Stauraum) und dazu noch ein paar coole Wandregale aus Paletten. Im dahinterliegenden Bad gibt es ein großes Fenster zum Innenhof, eine Dusche und eine Waschmaschine. Dein Fahrrad kannst du wetter- und diebstahlgeschützt im Innenhof parken.

The room that becomes free is about 15m^2 in size and cut almost square. The two windows make it nice and bright all year round, the sun often shines in, especially in the mornings. The floor is old wooden floorboards and there is a bit of old paneling underneath the heater.
In the adjoining hallway we have set up a small seating area where we sometimes meet in the evenings. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need (especially a relatively new fridge with plenty of storage space) plus some cool pallet wall shelves. In the bathroom behind it there is a large window to the inner courtyard, a shower and a washing machine. You can park your bike in the inner courtyard, protected from the weather and theft.
Du würdest mitten in der Innenstadt wohnen, genau zwischen Bahnhof und Zentralcampus, zu denen du jeweils etwa 10 Minuten läufst. Die nächsten Bushaltestellen sind Bahnhof, Weender Straße oder Markt, allerdings wohnenwir so zentral, dass wir wenig bis gar nicht Bus fahren und stattdessen immer zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs sind.
Entsprechend brauchst du 2 Minuten in die Fußgängerzone und im Umkreis von wenigen hundert Metern gibt es diverse Supermärkte, Bäckereien und Imbisse. Weil wir in einer Seitenstraße wohnen (und neue Fenster haben), ist es aber trotzdem ziemlich ruhig die meiste Zeit. Schräg gegenüber gibt es ein offenes Bücherregal, wo man wirklich coole Zufallsfunde machen kann und durch die unmittelbare Nähe zum Wall sowie zum Botanischen Garten sind auch schöne Spaziergeh-Locations nicht weit weg.
Ist die perfekte WG, wenn du neu in der Stadt bist und die Stadt.

You would live in the middle of the city center, right between the train station and the central campus, which you can walk to in about 10 minutes. The nearest bus stops are the train station, Weender Straße or Markt, but we live so centrally that we hardly ever drive the bus and instead always walk or cycle.
Accordingly, you need 2 minutes to the pedestrian zone and within a few hundred meters there are various supermarkets, bakeries and snack bars. Because we live on a side street (and have new windows) it's still pretty quiet most of the time. Diagonally opposite there is an open bookshelf where you can make really cool chance finds and due to the close proximity to the wall and the botanical garden, beautiful walking locations are not far away.
Is the perfect flat share if you are new in town and want to get to know the city better!
Du würdest mit Bengt (21), der Jura studiert und Maya (21), die Kunstgeschichte und Germanistik studiert, zusammen wohnen. Soweit es der Alltag zulässt treffen wir uns manchmal um zusammen ein Bier zu trinken, gemeinsam zu essen oder ein paar Spiele zu spielen.

You will be living with Bengt (21), who is studying law, and Maya (21), who is studying art history and German. Everyone has activities on their own, but sometimes we get together to have a beer, eat, or play some games.
