30sqm room and two nice flat mates

Die WG liegt etwas auf dem Berg und direkt am Stadtwald. Man kann direkt zum joggen in den Wald und es ist extrem ruhig. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man trotzdem in 10 minuten am Zentral Campus und in ca. 12 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Der Nordcampus und das Uni Klinikum liegen sogar noch etwas näher (7 Minuten) als der Zentral Campus. Zurück fährt man etwas länger, aber ich bin mit dem Rad in 15 Minuten vom Zentral Campus zurück, vom Nordcampus aus braucht man 10-12. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 80 ist auch nur ca. 3 Minuten Fußweg entfern.
Wer ein Auto hat findet reichlich kostenlosen Platz zum parken.

The flat is situated on a small hill and next to the forest. You can directly go for a run in the forest and the area is very quite. Nonetheless, it is just 10 minutes to the central campus and about 12 minutes to the inner city. North campus and the university hospital are about three minutes closer than the main campus. On the way back you have to go up the hill, so it normally takes me about 15 minutes from the central campus or 10-12 from the north campus. Alternatively, you can take bus line 80 with the next stop being only a 3 minutes walk from the flat.
If you got a car, there is plenty of free parking available.

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner, Stavroula und Theo, sind beide im Masterstudium. Wir haben ein sehr entspanntes WG-Leben und falls irgendwas in der WG gemacht oder organisiert werden muss, geht das immer problemlos (inklusive des guten alten Putzplanes). Wir sind keine WG, die den Großteil der Freizeit miteinander verbingt, aber hin und wieder sitzt man zusammen auf dem Balkon, schaut zusammen einen Film oder quatscht ein bisschen. Ich kann die beiden als Mitbewohner sehr empfehlen!

Your future flat mates, Stavroula and Theo, are both in their masters studies. We have a very relaxed live in the shared flat and if something needs to be done or organized (cleaning plan included) there was never a problem. While we don't share most of our free time together but we would sometimes sit on the balkony together, just chat when we see each other or watch a movie. I can only recommend staying with both of them.

Da ich Deutschland verlasse würde das Zimmer am liebsten mitsamt der Möbel an den Nachmieter übergeben. Das umfasst ein Bett (100x220), zwei Sofas, einen Esstisch mit vier Stühlen, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Schwebetüren Schrank, zwei große Regale, ein kleines Regal, einen Wohnzimmertisch, Verstärker und Boxen. Über die übernahme des Beamers und Fahrrades könnte man auch reden.

As I will be leaving Germany, I would prefer to sell the furniture with it. This includes a bed (1mx2.2m), two sofas, a table with four chairs, a writing desk with a chair, cabinet, two large shelfs and a small one, a coffee table, amplifier and speaker. If you want also taking over the projector and a bicycle would be possible.
