Gemütliches 4erWG-Zimmer in Campusnähe mit großem Wohnzimmer und Balkon

Wir suchen ein*e Nachmieter*in für eine unbefristete Miete ab dem 18. Dezember!

Das frei werdende Zimmer ist süße 12m² groß mit einer Dachschräge, die ihm eine schöne räumliche Sturktur verleiht. Das Fenster ist zur Südseite gerichtet, sodass man den ganzen Tag Sonne hat. Neben dem Zimmer gibt es noch ein helles Wohnzimmer mit zwei Sofas, großem Ess-/Arbeitstisch und einem Klavier; zwei Badezimmer und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Nicht zu vergessen ist natürlich der große Balkon. Hier gibt es eine Paletten-Chilllounge und Sonne von morgens bis abends. Auf dem Dachboden ist reichlich Stauraum vorhanden.

We are looking for a new tenant for a permanent lease from December 18!

The vacant room is sweet 12m² in size with a sloping roof, which gives it a nice spatial structure. The window is facing south, so you have sun all day. Next to this room there is a bright living room with two sofas, a large dining/working table and an piano; further there are two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Not to be forgotten is the large balcony. It has an balcony sofa and sun all day long. There is plenty of storage space in the spacious attic.

Lage
Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein. Die verschiedensten Supermärkte (Edeka, REWE, Biomarkt, Netto, Aldi, Lidl), sowie der Zentralcampus (inklusive Mensen) sind fußläufig in max. 5 Minuten zu erreichen und ein Kiosk ist direkt an der nächsten Ecke. Gänseliesel, Leine und Bahnhof sind alle lediglich einen guten Kilometer entfernt. Zu Fuß und vor allem mit dem Fahrrad ist man also sehr schnell an den zentralen Orten der Stadt. Soll es aber mal etwas weiter gehen, fahren direkt gegenüber auch Busse.

Location
The location couldn’t be better. Different supermarkets (Edeka, REWE, Biomarkt, Netto, Aldi, Lidl) as well as the central campus (including canteen) are within walking distance in max. 5 minutes and a kiosk is just around the corner. Gänseliesl, Leine and Train Station are all just about one kilometer away. Walking and especially by bicycle you're at the central places of the city in a second. If you want to go a little further, there's also a busstop directly opposite to our house.

WG-Leben
Wir leben sehr gerne und gemeinschaftlich hier zusammen und das WG-Klima ist familiär. Wir kochen und essen ab und zu zusammen, schauen Filme/Serien, machen mal einen Spieleabend, trinken auf dem Balkon zusammen Kaffee oder ein Bierchen und machen auch mal zusammen Sport. Dabei sind mitgebrachte Freund*innen immer herzlich willkommen. Mit dem Wohnzimmer, der Küche und dem Balkon gibt es viel gemeinsam genutzte Fläche, so dass man auch einfach ungezwungen zusammen sitzen und Musik hören oder schnacken kann. Doch auch wer gerne alleine sein mag, hat hier seinen Freiraum.

Es wohnen Anni, Philipp und Ali mit mir (Franz) in dieser WG. Anni und Philipp sind lustig und verständnisvoll. Während Anni noch mitten in ihrem Biologiestudium steckt, hat Phillip gerade eine Arbeit in der Göttinger Umgebung angefangen. Anni ist sehr sportlich, tanzt gerne, und kocht gerne auch mal mit Wein. Außerdem hat sie eine süße Katze namens Grace, die auch bei uns in der WG wohnt. Philipp ist super humorvoll und empathisch, trinkt gerne ein Feierabendbierchen und kuckt gerne Serien. Ali ist die Entspanntheit in Person, kocht gerne und kuckt ebenfalls gerne Serien. Wenn du ein Fabel für Animes hast, triffst du in unserer WG auf jeden Fall auf Resonanz ;). Während Ali schon länger hier lebt, sind Anni und Philip im letzten Jahr eingezogen, es ist also gerade noch viel Wandel in der WG. Wir wünschen uns weiterhin eine offene Gesprächskultur und einen solidarischen Umgang - du wirst dich hier mit Sicherheit wohlfühlen! Da mein Studium zu Ende ist, und ich bald zu einem Job außerhalb von Göttingen übergehe, verlasse ich unser geliebtes Château Bertheau.

WG life
We like living here together and the atmosphere is familiar. We cook and eat together from time to time, watch movies/series, have a game night, drink coffee or a beer together on the balcony and do sports together. Friends are always welcome to join us. With the living room, the kitchen and the balcony there is a lot of shared space, so you can also just sit together and listen to music or chat. However, if you prefer to be alone, you also have your space here.

Anni, Philipp and Ali live with me (Franz) in this WG. Anni and Philipp are funny and understanding. While Anni is still in the middle of her biology studies, Phillip has just started a job in the Göttingen area. Anni is very athletic, likes to dance, and enjoys cooking with wine. She also has a cute cat named Grace, who also lives with us in the WG. Philipp is super humorous and empathetic, likes to have an after-work beer and watch series. Ali is a calm and relaxed person, who loves to cook and watch series. If you have a fable for anime, you will definitely find resonance in our shared flat ;). While Ali has been living here for a while, Anni and Philip moved in last year, so there's still a lot of change in the WG. We intend to continue with an open culture of conversation and solidarity - you will certainly feel at home here! Since my studies are over and I will soon be moving on to a job outside of Göttingen, I am leaving our beloved Château Bertheau at the end of October.

Sonstiges
Im Haus wohnen ansonsten noch zwei weitere Studierenden-WGs, die auch super nett sind und vor der Tür gibt es einen Gartentisch mit Stühlen, an dem man zusammensitzen kann. Für Fahrräder ist vor dem Haus oder im Keller Platz. Einen Autoparkplatz, der explizit zum Haus gehört gibt es nicht, aber es findet sich immer ein Parkplatz ;)

Additional information
Two more student flats, who are also super nice, are living in the house and in front of the door there is a garden table with chairs where you can sit together. There's space for bicycles in front of the house or in the basement. There is no car park, which belongs explicitly to the house, but there is always a parking space.
