Während meines Praktikums in Japan würde ich gerne mein großes und helles Zimmer und meine beiden fantastischen Mitbewohner in die Obhut einer neuen Person geben. Es ist für ca. 3 Monate verfügbar, wer möchte kann aber schon Ende August einziehen. Das Einzugsdatum kann flexibel abgesprochen werden.
Das Zimmer hat drei Fenster. Zwei Richtung Westen und eines Richtung Süden. Das Zimmer ist wahrlich lichtdurchflutet. Dazu kommen ein wunderschöner Parkettboden und hohe Decken.
Zu der Wohnung gehören ein WG-Wohn-/Esszimmer, eine geräumige Küche, Bad und ein Balkon. Außerdem gehört zu der Wohnung auch ein Parkplatz falls benötig - im Ostviertel, ein Luxus.
Die 400€ umfassen Kalt- und Warmmiete sowie GEZ Gebühren, Internet und Festnetz. Ich biete das Zimmer mit allen meinen Möbeln an (ohne mein Inventar). Es ist also alles vorhanden, man kann einfach einziehen und hat alles was man braucht. Sogar mein Fahrrad kann ausgeliehen werden.

During my internship in Japan, I would like to give my large and bright room and my two fantastic roommates into the care of a new person. It is available for 3 months, but whoever wants can move in already at the end of August. The room has three windows. Two facing west and one facing south. The room is truly flooded with light. In addition, there is a beautiful parquet floor and high ceilings.
The apartment includes a shared living/dining room, a spacious kitchen, bathroom and a nice balcony. In addition, the apartment also includes a parking space if needed - in the eastern district, a luxury.
The 400€ includes cold and warm rent as well as GEZ fees, internet and landline. I offer the room with all my furniture. So everything is available, you can just move in and have everything you need. Even my bike can be borrowed.
Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 1 Minute an den Schillerwiesen (sehr schöner Park im Ostviertel), in 2 Minuten in der Innenstadt und in 10 Minuten am Uniklinikum.Die Bushaltestelle ist um die Ecke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 5 Minuten entfernt.

The location is unbeatable. By bike you can be at the Schillerwiesen (a very nice park in the Ostviertel) in 1 minute, downtown in 2 minutes and at the University Hospital in 10 minutes.
The bus stop is around the corner, as well as the organic food store Boyer.
Zusammenleben würdest du mit Philippe (26), der für die Uni im Wassermanagement tätig ist und Janosch (33), der im Bereich eLearning arbeitet. Beide arbeiten tagsüber, sodass in der Wohnung eher Ruhe herrscht, auch wenn beide immer wieder im Homeoffice sind.

You would live with Philippe, who works in water management for the university, and Janosch, who works in eLearning.
Both roommates work during the day. So that there in the apartment is rather quiet, even if both are in the home office again and again.
Ich würde das Zimmer gerne an jemanden vermieten, der mit den Sachen pfleglich umgehen würde.
Da einer meiner Mitbewohner im Herbst auszieht, ist evtl. auch möglich längerfristig in der WG zu bleiben.
