Ab Anfang/ Mitte April wird in unserer 3erWG ein Zimmer frei.
Das besagte Zimmer umfasst 16qm und würde preislich bei 380-400€ (inklusive Heizkosten, Strom und Internet) liegen. Da wir immer einen neuen Mitvertrag bekommen, sobald eine neue Mitbewohnerin einzieht, können wir nicht mit absoluter Sicherheit sagen, ob es bei der alten Miete (380€) bleibt oder nicht.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock eines sanierten Altbaugebäudes und besteht aus 3 Einzelzimmern, einer recht großen Küche (inklusive Geshirrspüler!), in der man locker zu dritt gleichzeitig kochen und natürlich gemeinsam sitzen und essen kann. Auch haben wir unseren Flur zu einem kleinen Wohnzimmer/ Gemeinschaftsraum ummodelliert mit einem Sofa und einem Esstisch. Neben dem gemeinsamen Balkon (südost Ausrichtung) hat das Haus auch einen sehr großen Garten, den alle nutzen dürfen.

The room is 16sqm and would be priced at 380-400€ (including heating costs, electricity and internet). Since we always get a new lease as soon as a new roommate moves in, we can't say with absolute certainty whether it stays with the old rent (380€) or not.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a renovated old building and consists of 3 single rooms, a fairly large kitchen (including dishwasher!), where we can easily cook at the same time and of course sit and eat together. We have also remodeled our hallway into a small living room / common room with a sofa and a dining table. In addition to the common balcony (southeast orientation) the house also has a very large garden, which everyone can use.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im unteren Ostviertel am Rande der Innenstadt. D.h. du bist nicht nur innerhalb von 3 Minuten (mit dem Fahrrad) am Zentralcampus, sondern auch in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Falls du kein Fahrrad besitzt - kein Problem - die nächste Bushaltestelle ist zu Fuß keine 3 Minuten entfernt.
Auch wenn wir ziemlich zentral wohnen, ist es sehr ruhig in der Nachbarschaft. Die Wohnung ist auch zum Garten ausgerichtet, den du in seiner ganzen Pracht nutzen kannst.
Auch ist der Unisport nicht allzu weit entfernt.
The apartment is located in the lower eastern quarter close to the city center. This means you are not only within 3 minutes (by bicycle) at the central campus, but also in 5 minutes in the city center. If you do not own a bicycle - no problem - the nearest bus stop is less than 3 minutes walk away.
Although we live quite centrally, it is a very quiet neighborhood. The apartment is also facing the garden, which you can use in all its splendor.
Hochschulsport is also not too far away.
Mittlerweile wohnen wir, Judith (26) & Dania (31), schon seit über vier Jahren zusammen und sind uns gegenseitig sehr ans Herz gewachsen. Uns ist besonders ein gutes, harmonisches und respektvolles Miteinander wichtig sowie auch der gegenseitige Austausch und gemeinsame Aktivitäten. Daher suchen wir nach einer netten, offenen FLINTA*, die wie wir Lust hat viel gemeinsam zu machen.
Dazu gehören bisher häufige (leicht ausartende) Kochsessions, regelmäßige Filmabende mit Freund:innen, spontane Kickerabende im Salamanca, Ausflüge zum See oder ein entspannter Abend auf unserem Balkon mit ein oder zwei Gläsern Wein (Bier wird auch akzeptiert).
Da wir aber mittlerweile uns zu einer BerufstätigenWG gewandelt haben und gerade Judith sehr lange Tage hat, ist es häufig auch ruhig und entspannt in unseren vier Wänden. Auch wenn wir ganz gerne ab und zu das Tanzbein schwingen, sind wir keine Party-WG und legen zudem viel Wert auf Sauberkeit, wofür wir auch einen wöchentlichen Putzplan haben.
We are Judith (26) & Dania (31) and have been living together for over four years and have grown very close to each other. A good, harmonious and respectful atmosphere is particularly important to us, as well as mutual exchange and joint activities.
These include frequent (sometimes excessive) cooking sessions, regular movie nights with friends, spontaneous foozeball nights in Salamanca, trips to the lake or a relaxing evening on our balcony with a glass or two of wine (beer is also accepted).
But since we have now starting to work and Judith has sometimes long days, it is often quiet and relaxed in our four walls. Even though we like to go dance from time to time, we are not a party-WG and cleanliness is also important for us, for which we also have a weekly cleaning plan.
