The 38 m² room ist large and full of light. You would have plenty of space to make yourself feel home. The furniture (or parts of it) can be purchased for a lump sum. The flat is 150 m² large and resides on the 2nd floor (German counting). We have a balcony, a nice cozy kitchen with a couch, a bike cage, a big garden with some vegetables, an attic, and a cellar with washing machine (wow!).
We live in beautiful, charming, lively "Leineviertel" (next to "Südstadt"), very close to nature (Kiessee, Leine) and city center. We have a Nahkauf next door and the station is 10 min away be foot.
We are Nati (ecologist and mountain guide, 28), Maca (Spanish teacher and crochet lover, 36) and Knut (physicist, mobility expert and Kimchi seller, 35). We get along very well, based on openness, respect, and humor. We share some of our food and we are part of a "community supported agriculture" ("Solawi"), which you could join (~15€/month). We like cooking together from time to time, and go out on a trip or the lake. Things are pretty relaxed. However, cleanness and considerateness are essential for our co-living experience.
