Hallo liebe Zimmersuchende,
meine tolle Mitbewohnerin Cathleen zieht ab September für ein Erasmussemester aus, weshalb ich eine Zwischenmieterin für ihr Zimmer suche.
Das Zimmer ist 16m^2 groß und durch die zwei Fenster sehr hell, mit einem traumhaften Ausblick ins Grüne. Cathleen lässt ihre Möbel im Zimmer, daher ist alles für ein gemütliches Wohnen vorhanden :)
In der Wohnung gibt es noch ein weiteres mini Wohn/Wäsche/Fernsehzimmer und natürlich Küche/Bad. Es gibt auch ein Kellerabteil mit Waschmaschine und einen geteilten Garten mit Hennen!
Dear people looking for a flatshare,
my wonderful flatmate Cathleen is moving away in September for an erasmus semester, which is why I am looking for a flatmate until January.
The room is 16 m^2 and very light due to the two windows, with views of the garden. Cathleen is leaving her furniture in the room, so it's all set for cozy living :)
There is also a tiny additional living/laundry/tv room in the flat, as well as the usual kitchen and bathroom. There is also a cellar with a washing machine and a garden with chickens!
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der schönen Südstadt, man ist in 8 Minuten Fußweg in der Innenstadt. Es ist also schön ruhig aber nicht zu abgelegen. Man ist auch in etwa zehn Minuten am Kiessee.
The flat is in the South of the city, just 8 min by foot of the center. It's a quiet area, but very easily accessible. The Kiessee is also 10min by foot.
Du würdest mit mir (Kari) zusammen wohnen. Ich habe im März meinen ersten Job in Göttingen angefangen und bin noch ein bisschen in der Gewöhnungsphase :D
Wir haben bisher sehr gesellig ung ungezwungen zusammen gelebt, und ich würde mich freuen wenn es so bleibt. Es kann aber natürlich jederzeit die Tür zugemacht werden wenn man seine Ruhe braucht :)
Ansonsten ist uns eine gewisse Grundordnung und Sauberkeit der Wohnung wichtig, daher wäre es toll wenn das bei dir auch so ist!
You would live with me (Kari). I started my first job here in Göttingen in March, and am still getting used to no longer being a student :D
Up until now we have had a very friendly but casual flat life and I would love it if it stayed that. But of course we respect it if we need our own quiet time :)
Keeping the flat clean and nice to live in is important to us, so it would be great if it was the same for you!
In den angegebenen 423 Euros sind alle Kosten enthalten. Für die Möbel würde Cathleen eine Kaution von 100€ in Anspruch nehmen. Bei dem Einzugsdatum sind wir etwas flexibel und könnten uns bestimmt einigen.
Falls du dir das Zusammenleben vorstellen kannst, würde ich mich sehr über eine Nachricht mit ein paar Sätzen zu dir freuen :)
All monthly costs for the flat are contained in the 423 Euros mentioned above. There will be a 100€ safety deposit for Cathleen's furniture. The move in date is a bit flexible, I’m sure we would find a solution.
