Your future room will be available from 01/01. The room is very cozy, with two windows and space for a work area and a small 'lounge space' in addition to a spacious bed.
Furthermore, we have an entrance between all the rooms, which offers space for shoes and coat racks. The large kitchen also allows cozy WG evenings and extensive cooking sessions. The bathroom may not impress with its beauty, but it is quite large and has everything you need, even a bathtub.
The apartment is located in Lotzestraße at the beginning of the South-City and is therefore very central, but still super quiet. Innenstadt is within 2 mins reach by foot. Within 10 minutes you can walk to several supermarkets (Kaufland, Rewe and Alnatura), in only 15 minutes you are at the beautiful Kiessee. A bus stop is right around the corner and the Z-Campus is also less than 10 minutes away by bike!
Currently living in the WG are Fadi and Felipe, both of whom are working in Gottingen. In their free times, Fadi likes to go bouldering and play board games with his friends. Felipe goes regularly to the gym.
Our WG has been very chill so far, we get our alone time when we need it but often find ourselves socializing in the big kitchen. The main language of the WG is English, but German and Spanish may also be on the table :)
The rent is 510€ which contains the rent, utilities, internet, electricity and heating, and the radio/TV tax. The deposit is 990€! A dishwasher and a washing machine are both included in the flat.
Depending on what your needs are, I may be able to sell some of the existing furniture at a reduced rate. Currently, though, the plan is for the room to be unfurnished.
