Da ich meinen Master hier in Göttingen beendet habe, ist die Zeit jetzt gekommen mich weiterzuziehen. Aber das heißt du hast die Chance dir mein wunderschönes Zimmer hier in einer sehr entspannten, netten WG zu schnappen ! Das ab Mitte August frei werdende Zimmer ist 18 qm groß, hat die für einen Altbau typische hohen Decken, einen schönen Holzdielenboden und ist durch zwei große Fenster lichtdurchflutet und hell. Ich würde auch gerne die Möbel hier lassen (Bett, Garderobe, Couch, Sessel, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Lampen), die auch ganz gut zum Zimmer passen, und würde nur 100 euro nehmen für alles. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung vier WG-Zimmer, eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche (mit Spülmaschine!), ein neues Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche und eine Abstellkammer mit Waschmaschine. Für weiteren Stauraum gibt es auch noch ein Kellerabteil. Im Haus befinden sich noch zwei weitere WGs und hinter dem Haus gibt es Abstellmögichkeiten für Fahrräder sowie Gartenmöbel und Grills für die wärmeren Monate.
As I have just recently finished my master's degree here, it is time for me to move on and out of Göttingen. Thus, my room will be available starting the 1st of September for someone else to enjoy as I have over the past 2 1/2 years ! The room has high ceilings, is quite spacious with 18 sq. m. and gets a lot of light from the two large windows. Also, I would like to leave the furniture that you see in the pictures (bed, wardrobe, couch, chair, desk, lamps) and would just ask for 100 euros for all of it together ! The apartment has a large bathroom with a shower and bath tub and a kitchen with a dish washer. We also have a small storage room with a washing machine as well as further storage space located in the basement - In addition, we have a small yard behind our house where you can sit outside, BBQ and enjoy the evening sun.
Die Wohnung liegt in der traumhaften Südstadt, von der man schnell mit dem Rad in die Innenstadt kommt (5 Min). Auch zur Uni sind es nur knappe 10 Minuten Radweg. Fast Direkt vor der Tür fährt außerdem der Bus mit direkter Anbindung ins Zentrum und zum Bahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind durch Edeka (auch Sonntags nachmittags offen) und Penny abgedeckt, auch Kaufland und Rewe sind nicht weit entfernt. Gleiches gilt für den Kiessee, der sich hervorragend als Laufstrecke oder Ufer-Grillwiese anbietet.
The apartment is located in the wonderful Südstadt where you're just a 5 min bike ride away from the city center (Innenstadt) and just about 10 from the university's campus. Also, just in front of the house is a bus stop, where you can catch the bus to the train station, the city center and up to North Campus. We have several grocery stores close by including Edeka, Kaufland and Penny and the Kiessee (a beautiful lake and public park) is also just a 5 min bike ride away.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner*innen sind: Yannic (22, VWL), Hanna (21, Lehramt; Sport und Biologie) und Theresa (23, duales Studium). Was WG-Leben angeht ist es eine sehr angenehme, lockere Atmosphäre, immerhin putzen wir auch regelmäßig und von daher bleibt alles relativ sauber. Ab und zu kochen wir zusammen oder bestellen was zum essen und gucken eine Serie oder einen Film - aber nichts ist gezwungen, jede/r kann auch was für sich machen.
Your future roommates are: Yannic (22, Economics), Hanna (21, Education, focusing on Sports and Biology) and Theresa (23, Speech Therapy). The atmosphere here in the shared apartment is very relaxed. We occasionally cook together, watch TV or just have a chat in the kitchen - but each individual is also very independent and you can certainly take some alone time for yourself !
