Hello ! :)
This is Emir (29). I am PhD student at the university and I've been living in Göttingen since 2020. Since my roommate was done with his studies and left Göttingen, I started to look for a new one until November.
Room:
It is a 16 m²-sized hell room containing a 140x200 cm bad, a closet and a reading chair. These belong to my old roommate and you can buy them if you like. If you already have your stuff then I can sell them to someone else, so no worries.
The location is very central (5 min to the city center by walk, 8 min to the train station). It's also super close to many supermarkets and there is a Nahkauf just at the corner of the street that is open on Sundays.
I work at the university as a full-time researcher and do my PhD in physical chemistry. Usually I work at home and that's why I would prefer someone who also has things to do and keeps it silent during week days.
That being said, I am also interested in electronic music. I've producing and playing music for more than five years. When I produce, I do it mostly with my headphones - so no worries. Sometimes I need to use my speakers though, therefore I would be very happy if you also like electronic music ;)
Other than that, if I don't have things to do I am always down for a drink (tea, coffee, beer, wine etc.) and would be down for chatting with you about various topics. Watching together movies/sports and chilling in the garden are also very much welcome !
