Hallo,
Innerhalb des Hauses zieht meine Jetzige WG um.
Die Zimmer Verteilung kann flexibel gestaltet werden
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3 OG. und wurde gerade frisch renoviert. Es ist eine 4 Zimmer Wohnung mit Küche und Bad.
Eine bessere Lage kann man sich nicht wünschen. Direkt hinter dem Haus befindet sich eine große Auswahl an Supermärkten und das Zentralehörsaalgebäude der Uni ist innerhalb von 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die WG besteht aus 1 Mädchen (Agrarstudentin) und 2 Jungs(Azubi,FSJ). Da ich zum 1.11. gerne in eine andere WG ziehen möchte wird mein Platz nun frei und ich suche daher eine/n Nachmieter/in.
Am besten stellst du dich kurz via. Email vor damit meine noch Mitbewohner einen kleinen einblick bekommen können.
Besichtigungen sind natürlich kein Problem.
Hunde sind erlaubt.
