Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrparteienhauses. Das Zimmer hat ca. 12 m², ist quadratisch und hat ein großes Fenster durch das nachmittags die Sonne ins Zimmer scheint, somit ist das Zimmer hell und freundlich. Das Zimmer ist sofort einzugsfertig. Außerdem hat die Wohnung eine ausreichend große Wohnküche zu bieten, in der eigentlich alles vorhanden ist, was man so braucht sowie einen schönen Balkon auf dem man im Sommer schön in der Sonne sitzen kann und zusätzlich ein Wohnzimmer zum entspannen. :)
Die WG ist relativ zentral gelegen:
-Innenstadt 10 min mit dem Fahrrad
-Zentralcampus 10 Minuten zu Fuß
-Einkaufmöglichkeiten innerhalb von fünf Minuten(Rewe,Penny und Lidl)
- gute Busverbindungen
Meine Mitbewohnerin heißt Xenia (27) und ist super nett! Sie arbeitet an der Uni und geht somit früh aus dem Haus. Daher suche ich eine Zwischenmieterin, die die Nacht nicht zum Tag werden lässt. Xenia ist total offen und lässt das Wg Leben nicht langweilig werden...Falls du Interesse hast melde dich einfach bei mir!Ich freue mich...:)
