In our flat share live a bunch of people studying various subjects, though during this semester break most of them most likely will not be present.
The preferred sub-tenant is a non-smoking female international student to improve the chances for incomings such as exchange/ERASMUS/language school students regarding the difficult local housing situation but all other non-smoking students can apply, too.

Wir sind zusammengewürfelte Studenten, wobei die meisten über die Semesterferien wohl oft nicht anwesend sein werden.
Gesucht wird vorzugsweise eine Nichtraucherin. Zur Verbesserung der Chancengleichheit auf dem Wohnungsmarkt wird eine Austausch-/ERASMUS-/Sprachstudentin gesucht, jedoch können sich auch alle anderen nichtrauchenden Studierenden bewerben.
To the student village belong a restaurant, laundry room, table soccer, ping-pong table, event venue and music room (locked at the moment due to Covid-measures).
You can contact our village majors or student tutors if you have questions or wish to make use of a range of tutorials e.g. bicycle repair, IT, integration, sports, tools, cinema...

Das Studentendorf hat ein Restaurant, einen Waschmaschinen- und Trocknerraum, einen Tisch-Kicker, eine Tischtennisplatte, einen Lesesaal sowie einen Musikraum (wg. Corona-Maßnahmen gerade gesperrt).
Unsere studentischen Dorfbürgermeister oder Tutoren können bei Fragen kontaktiert werden, da es eine Reihe an Tutorien gibt, die zur Nutzung und Konsultation bzw. für Rat da sind, z.B.
Fahrradwerkstatt, EDV, Integration, Sport, Werkzeug, Kino...
