Im Zimmer ist ein schöner dunkler Laminatboden verlegt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock und hat neben Küche und Bad auch einen Balkon, der an die Küche angeschlossen ist. In der Küche haben wir eine Spülmaschine und im Waschkeller eine Waschmaschine. Die Wäsche lässt sich auch auf dem Dachboden eine Etage über der Wohnung aufhängen.
Im gemeinsamen Arbeits- und Wohnzimmer in der Mansarde, ebenfalls eine Etage über der Wohnung, steht Platz für deinen Schreibtisch zur Verfügung, falls du gerne eine Trennung von Schlaf- und Arbeitsraum hast.

The room has a nice laminate floor in dark color. Our apartment is on the second floor and has a bathroom, a kitchen and a balcony connected to the kitchen. A dishwasher and a washing machine are installed in the kitchen and basement respectively. To dry the clothes we also use the clotheslines of the attic, a floor above the apartment. In the workroom and common living room, also in the attic, there is room for your desk, if you prefer to have a work enviroment outside your bedroom.

La habitación cuenta con un bonito suelo laminado en color oscuro. Nuestro apartamento se encuentra en el segundo piso y tiene un baño, una cocina y un balcón conectado a esta última. Un lavavajillas y una lavadora están instalados, en la cocina y en el sótano, respectivamente. Para secar la ropa utilizamos también los tendederos del ático, un piso por encima del apartamento. En la sala de trabajo y sala de estar común, también en el ático, hay espacio para tu escritorio, si es que estuvieras habituado a trabajar fuera de tu dormitorio.

In der Umgebung gibt es mit Rewe, Lidl, Penny sowie Edeka, Aldi und Netto viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zudem befinden sich ein Kiosk, Bäcker, Frisör und türkischer Laden in direkter Nähe.
Außerdem liegt die Wohnung auf dem Weg zwischen Zentral- und Nordcampus, sodass sie sich auch gut für Pendler eignet. Zum FIZ gelangt man durch den Klinikumspark innerhalb von 10 Min mit dem Rad oder dem Bus. Wir haben eine exzellente Busanbindung zum Nordcampus, Bahnhof und Innenstadt.

The apartment is located 500 meters from the central campus and 600 meters from the clinic.
In the surrounding area there are many shopping possibilities with Rewe, Lidl, Penny as well as Edeka, Aldi and Netto. There is also a kiosk, a bakery, a hairdresser and a Turkish shop nearby.
The apartment is also on the way between the central and northern campuses, making it ideal for commuters. The FIZ can be reached via the Klinikumspark in 10 minutes by bicycle or bus. We have an excellent bus connection to the north campus, the train station and the city centre.

El apartamento está situado a 500 metros del campus central y a 600 metros a pie de la clínica.
En los alrededores hay muchas posibilidades de compras con Rewe, Lidl, Penny así como Edeka, Aldi y Netto. También hay un quiosco, una panadería, una peluquería y una tienda turca en las inmediaciones.
El apartamento también está en el camino entre los campus del centro y del norte, lo que lo hace ideal para los que viajan diariamente al trabajo. Se puede llegar al FIZ a través del Klinikumspark en 10 minutos en bicicleta o en autobús. Tenemos una excelente conexión de autobús con el campus norte, la estación de tren y el centro de la ciudad.
Ich, Andreas (27), und Carlos (33) sind beide an der Uni. Ich studiere Wirtschaftsinformatik und Carlos promoviert an der juristischen Fakultät.
Wir sind insgesamt eine eher ruhige WG. Wir kochen und essen gemeinsam, wenn die Zeit es zulässt, und sind auch immer für einen Kaffee auf dem Balkon zu haben. Wenn viel zu tun ist, geht aber auch jeder mal seiner Wege ;) Ansonsten nutzen wir mittags auch gerne die Nähe zum Zentralcampus für einen Abstecher in die Mensa.

Me, Andreas (27), and Carlos (33) are both at university. I'm studying business informatics and Carlos is doing his PhD at the Faculty of Law.
Overall, we are a rather quiet flat-sharing community. We cook and eat together when time permits, and are always available for coffee on the balcony. When there is so much to do, each one goes their own way ;) Otherwise we like to use the proximity to the central campus for a side trip to the cafeteria.

Yo, Andreas (27) y Carlos (33) estamos en la universidad. Estoy estudiando informática empresarial y Carlos está haciendo su doctorado en la Facultad de Derecho.
En general, somos una comunidad bastante tranquila que comparte piso. Cocinamos y comemos juntos cuando el tiempo lo permite, y siempre estamos disponibles para tomar un café en el balcón. Cuando hay tanto que hacer, cada uno sigue su propio camino ;) De lo contrario, nos gusta utilizar la cercanía del campus central para una excursión adicional a la cafetería.
