Das WG-Zimmer ist etwa 15qm groß und hat ein nach Westen exponiertes Fenster durch das man auf ein paar Bäume schauen kann. Die WG hat eine etwa 30qm große Terrasse auf der man besonders im Sommer gemütlich sitzen kann. Küche und Bad sind relativ schlicht & klein gehalten [hier kann sich gerne auch noch kreativ ausgetobt werden :)].
The room is about 15 sqm big and has a westward exposed window, through which you can look onto trees.
The shared flat has a terrace, about 30 sqm in size, where you can sit and relax in summertime :)
Kitchen and bath room are relatively plain & small - there definetely is room for getting creative if you want to.
Gelegen ist die WG nahe beim Nordcampus und Unisport-Gelände, auf dem man unter anderem schwimmen oder klettern gehen kann. In die Innenstadt radelt man 10-15 min bergab, außerdem fahren Buslinien 42 und 80 in der Nähe. Es ist keine besonders aufregende Gegend, aber man kann hier schön im Wald spazieren gehen.
The shared flat is located next to the northern university campus and the universities sports center, where you can go swimming or climbing. The city center can be reached within 10-15 min downhill by bike. Buslines 42 and 80 are going nearby aswell.
It's a quiet area, where you can take walks in the forest.
In der WG wohnen Nils und Pia. Wir unternehmen gerne ab und zu etwas zusammen – Sport, vegetarisch kochen, Musik machen oder Film schauen zum Beispiel.
My flatmates are Nils & Pia. We sometimes do stuff together – sports, cooking vegetarian meals or watching a movie for example.
In den 255 Euro ist alles enthalten, auch GEZ, WLAN und Geld für die WG-Kasse [Sachen wie Gewürze und Öl kaufen wir zusammen]. Ab Februar sollen im Haus die Bäder und Wasserrohre erneuert werden - wir wissen noch nicht, wann unsere Wohnung dahingehend renoviert wird und es kann sein, dass du das miterlebst.

The 255 Euro already include everything, amongst other things Wifi, broadcasting fees and money for things we buy together [e.g. oil and spices]. Also, bath rooms and water tubes in the house will be renovated, starting in february. We don't know yet when our flat will be renovated - it could take place after you've moved in.
