In unserer Berufstätigen WG wird etwa zu Ende Juli ein Zimmer frei. Ich verlasse Göttingen berufsbedingt. Kosti ist noch recht neu in Göttingen und würde sich über einen neuen, aufgeschlussenen, kommunikativen und berufstätigen Mitbewohner freuen. Idealerweise hast du Spaß an Sport und dem ein oder anderen Bier/Wein nach Feierabend :)
Den Grundriss der Wohnung findest du bei den Bildern. Durch meinen Auszug wird Zimmer 1 frei. Je nach Wunsch und Absprache kann die Zimmernutzung gerne neu aufgeteilt werden, z.B. könntest du die Zimmer 1 und 2 nutzen, so hättest du ein Schlaf- und ein homeoffice-fähiges Arbeitszimmer.
Alle Räume sind recht neu saniert (2016 Neusanierung). Alle notwendigen Möbel im Wohnzimmer, Küche usw. sind vorhanden.

Hey!
In our shared flat a room will be available around the end of July. I'm leaving Göttingen for work reasons. Kosti is still quite new in Göttingen and would be happy to have a new, open-minded, communicative and professional working roommate. Ideally you have fun with sports and one or the other beer / wine after work :)
You can find the floor plan of the apartment in the pictures. When I move out, room 1 becomes free. Depending on your wishes and arrangements, the use of the room can be redistributed.
All rooms are quite newly renovated (5 years ago). All necessary furniture in the living room, kitchen etc. is available / or can be taken over.

ungezwungen, gerne gemeinsame Aktionen nach Feierabend - draußen, in der Stadt, am Grill auf dem Balkon, im großen Wohnzimmer, ...
casual, happy to do joint activities after work - outside, in the city, at the barbecue on the balcony, in the large living room, ...
Am Wichtigsten ist natürlich, dass du cool und aufgeschlossen drauf bist! Außerdem sind uns aber auch eine gewisse Ordnung und Sauberkeit und ein ruhiges Verhalten in der Nacht wichtig - klar sind Freunde gerne gesehen, wenn es aber regelmäßig bis tief in die Nacht geht, passt das leider nicht mehr so zum frühen aufstehen ;-)
The most important thing is of course that you are cool and open-minded! In addition, a certain order and cleanliness and a calm behavior at night are important to us - of course, friends are welcome, but if it regularly goes deep into the night, it unfortunately no longer suits to get up early ;-)
