The apartment is on the ground floor of the building. There are 3 bedrooms for each of the tenants, 1 common room that we usually use for laundry, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. The room is located right next to the doorway. All items in the room are for sale at a small price of total 100€. This includes a double bed with mattress, one wardrobe, one cabinet, two side tables, and one small shoe rack. The room is still spacious even with all the items in it. The window is facing west and you can see the garden. The bathroom and the toilet are separate. In the kitchen there is an oven and a big fridge. It is also nice to sit on balcony and enjoy the sun during summer.
Es gibt ein freies Zimmer in einer 3-er WG im EG. Die aufgeführten Artikel sind zum Verkauf zu einem kleinen Preis, 100€ (1 Doppelbett mit Matratze, 1 Kleiderschrank, 1 Kabinett, 2 Beistelltische, 1 kleiner Schuhschrank). Sie können den Garten aus dem Fenster sehen. Toilette und Bad sind getrennt. In der Küche gibt es einen Kühlschrank und einen Backofen. Sie können auf dem Balkon sitzen und im Sommer die Sonne genießen.
The apartment is located opposite of the north campus of the university and it is very near to bus stop. 5 min walk to Goldschmidtstraße bus stop (with bus 21, 22, 23, 41 that connects to city centre) and 3 min walk to Im Hessel bus stop (with bus 33 that goes to the supermarket Real and ALDI). You can also walk 10 min to the supermarket tegut. It is a quiet and friendly neighbourhood and has helpful landlord.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des Nordcampus. Die nahe gelegenen Bushaltestellen sind Goldschmidtstraße (5 min zu Fuß), Im Hessel (3 min zu Fuß) und Petrikirchstraße (10 min zu Fuß). Es ist eine ruhige Gegend.
There are two other flatmates in the apartment. They are friendly and easy-going. Felicia comes from the Netherlands and working at BIN institute. Fabian is a German and studying biology. Both of them are outgoing and comfortable to being with. Sometimes we share our cooking and exchange daily stories. Felicia has a very cute and active puppy. You could do some activities with them or you could also just have some personal time and rest during weekend.
Felicia is moving out during mid-December, and it is possible to have 4 person in the WG as well. Check out her ad:

In der WG gibt es einen Deutschen, Fabian und eine Niederländerin, Felicia. Sie sind freundlich und nett. Manchmal teilen wir unsere Essen und tauschen tägliche Geschichten aus. Felicia hat einen süßen Welpen. Wir respektieren die persönliche Zeit und den Raum des anderen.

There is a parking space for bicycles in front of the apartment. There is a place specifically for our building nearby to throw the rubbish. You can store your items in the basement. If you have large pieces of laundry, you can hang them in the basement as well as in the garden. Runkfunkbeitrag for ZDF is included in the rent, and the utility bill consists of electricity and internet.
