I will leave Goettingen for approximately 2 months, from 8.12.2019 to 4.2.2020. So I am renting out my precious room.
The falt is a typical Studentenwerk. 2 mins walk to bus station. 5 mins walk to the north campus.
The warm rent is only 260euro a month with everything included.
The flat has two rooms: one on the 1st floor, close to the bathroom;the other on the second floor, close to kitchen. My room was on the first floor. It is a typical Studentenwerk room, small but cozy. The room has everything you need: a desk, a bed with mattress, refrigerator, cabinet，a sofa bed, you name it. The kitchen is full of tableware , spice, and has all the things for you to get ready for cooking. The bathroom is very clean and good to use. You can just come and everything is ready for you!
The flatmate is a really nice Chinese guy who spends most of his time in the laboratory and room. He is doctor in agriculture science. He cooks very delicious Chinese food and is always ready to help you. He speaks excellent Chinese and English but not so much German. But it won't matter because you will barely see him.
I am looking for a responsible man or woman, preferrably a student who can maintain harmony in the flat and doesn't make much noise late night. If you think you are, please send me a message via WG Gesucht and we can arrange a meeting.
