Zimmer in schöner 3er-WG in der Papenburg

Die WG ist im 2. OG des Studentenwohnheims Papenburg. Das Wohnheim besteht aus zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Häuserreihen, in denen sich auf 2 bzw. 3 Etagen WG-Wohnungen befinden. Dazwischen liegt ein schöner grüner Hof, der von allen genutzt werden kann. Gerade im Sommer kann man gut gesellig in der Sonne sitzen oder grillen. Da die Zimmer zur anderen Seite raus liegen, hat man bei Bedarf aber auch seine Ruhe. Es gibt Veranstaltungen wie Dinnerhopping, Kulturabende oder Heimkneipen, die von den Bewohnern organisiert werden.
Die Waschmaschinen, Trockner und der Fahrradkeller des Wohnheims können auch genutzt werden.
Der Nordcampus und ein Supermarkt sind in 5 Minuten mit dem Rad erreichbar. Zum Zentral-Campus oder in die Innenstadt sind es 10-15 Minuten. Eine Bushaltestelle und der Unisport sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The shared flat is on the 2nd floor of the student residence "am Papenberg". The residence consists of two rows of houses facing each other, in which there are shared flats on 2 and 3 floors respectively. Between them is a beautiful green courtyard that can be used by everyone. Especially in summer, it's a good place to sit in the sun or have a barbecue. Since the rooms are on the other side of the courtyard, you can also have some peace and quiet if you need it. There are events such as dinner hopping, cultural evenings or home pubs organised by the residents.
The dormitory's washing machines, dryers and bicycle cellar can also be used.
The North Campus and a supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes by bike. The central campus or the city centre are 10-15 minutes away. A bus stop and the university sports centre are in the immediate vicinity.

Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind Yusong und Lucia, beides Chinesinnen.
Gerne gesehen ist es, wenn zusammen gekocht oder auch einfach ein Tee getrunken wird. Filmabende zusammen Sport machen oder was auch immer ist auch immer drin. Alles kann, nichts muss. Zu viel Party in der Wohnung ist uns nicht recht, wenn einmal im Jahr für einen Geburtstag, Ein- oder Auszug eine Party gefeiert wird, ist das natürlich aber kein Problem. Wir haben sonst im Wohnheim den Partykeller der für solche Zwecke gemietet werden kann und natürlich den Hof.
Unser kleiner etwas vernachlässigter "Küchengarten" würde sich auch über jemanden freuen, der Lust hat, ein wenig irgendwas anzupflanzen.

Your flatmates are Yusong and Lucia, both Chinese. None of us speak good German :) but we're learning.
You are welcome to cook together or simply drink tea. Film evenings together, doing sports or whatever is always possible. Everything is possible, nothing is compulsory. We don't like too much partying in the flat, but if there's a party once a year for a birthday, moving in or moving out, that's no problem. Otherwise, we have a party room in the residence that can be rented for such purposes and, of course, the courtyard.
Our small, somewhat neglected "kitchen garden" would also be happy to have someone who would like to plant a little something.

You must be a student because this room would be through Studentenwerk. You can do the registration (Anmelden) with this room. The room is available until the end of September.
You'll sign the contract directly with Studentenwerk. The rent will be paid directly to Studentenwerk as well. Other costs are Rundfunkbeitrag and electricity, these two will be shared between the 3 of us (paid by one of us, and the rest of the two pay the person their share).
