Ich bin am Dienstag 19.03.in Göttingen und könnte das Zimmer einmal zeigen :)
Ich musste leider mein schönes Zimmer in der WG verlassen, da ich in Oldenburg mit meinem Freund zusammengezogen bin. Das lief alles etwas spontan und unorganisiert ab, weshalb ich möglichst bald nach einem Nachmieter suche.
Leider sind Fabian und Johannes gerade unterwegs, weshalb ein kennenlernen nicht wirklich möglich ist. Da die beiden aber sowieso so viel unterwegs sind, ist die WG im Moment eh eher eine Zweck WG. Vielleicht könnt i hr das noch ändern, aber ihr könnt ja sehen wie ihr euch wohlfühlt.
Das gemütliche 16 m2 Zimmer hat Blick nach Westen und bekommt deswegen gerade nachmittags und am Abend viel Licht und ist ruhig, da zu einer Fahrradstraße gelegen. Vom Zimmer geht der Balkon der Wohnung ab und das Zimmer hat einen hellen Dielenboden, wie der Rest der Wohnung.
Die 433 sind inklusive allem auch GEZ ;)
Das Zimmer ist bereits frei und könnte ab sofort bezogen werden. Ich würde dann nach Göttingen kommen und eine Schlüsselübergabe/Wohnungsbesichtigung machen.

Unfortunately, I had to leave my lovely room in the shared flat because I moved in with my boyfriend in Oldenburg. It was all a bit spontaneous and disorganised, which is why I'm looking for a new tenant as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, Fabian and Johannes are travelling at the moment, so it's not really possible to get to know them. But as they are travelling and or busy so much lately anyway, the flat share is more of a purpose-oriented flat share at the moment anyway. Maybe you can change that, but you can see how you feel.
The cosy 16 m2 room has a view to the west and therefore gets a lot of light, especially in the afternoon and evening, and is quiet as it faces a cycling road (cars still go but more bicicles) The room opens onto the flat's balcony and has a light-coloured wooden floorboard like the rest of the flat.
The 433 are inclusive of everything including GEZ ;)
The room is already vacant and could be occupied immediately. I would then come to Göttingen and do a key handover/flat viewing. I'll be in göttingen the afternoon of the 19th.
Die Wg liegt in Weende und man kann alles wichtige schnell erreichen
zu Fuß:
5 min zur nächsten Bushaltestelle
12 min zum Nordkampus
und mit dem bevorzugten Studentenverkehrsmittel Fahrrad:
5 min zum Nordkampus
10 min zum Hauptkampus
12-15min in die Innenstadt
15 min zum Bahnhof
mit dem Bus dauert alles bisschen länger aber auch damit ist man in 20-30 min in der Innenstadt
Einkaufmöglichkeiten gibt es viele naheliegende: Aldi, Real, tegut, Penny in wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder auch zu Fuß erreichbar.
Alles was man braucht befindet sich nah dran: Bäcker, Apotheke, Post, dm,, etc...

Using the most used student-vehicle the bicycle you get everywhere even faster:
5 min North-campus
10 min to main campus
12-15 min city centre
15 min to train station
Of course everything is also reachable by bus, it just takes longer (20-30 min to city centre/ train station)
There are multiple stores for grocery shopping nearby: Aldi, Real, tegut, Penny.
Everything else is also close: bakery, pharmacy, post office, etc.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner wären:
Johannes, 22 mit frisch abgeschlossenem Psychologie Bachelor, im 1. Semester Sozialwissensfhaften/Informatik.
Und Fabian, 19 hat gerade sein Zahnmedizinstudium begonnen.
Johannes ist letztes Jahr im Mai eingezogen und wird die WG evenutell in diesem Semester verlassen, sodass dann das größte Zimmer der Wohnung (18m2) auch frei werden würde. Aktuell ist er in Thailand im Urlaub mit schelchtem Internet unterwegs.
Johannes ist oft bei seiner Freundin und Fabian weiß vor lauter Hobbies und dem anspruchsvollem Studium nicht wo mal eine freie Minute ist.
Johannes macht gerne und viel Sport und kocht gerne spät abends noch viel zu gut riechende Essen. Meistens nachdem man sich gerade entschlossen hatte vor dem schlafen nichts mehr zu essen. ;) Er ist Vegetarier und kocht mega leckeres Curry.
Fabian isst alles, spielt Cello und Tennis und singt im Chor. Dadurch ist er manchmal ganz schön unterwegs aber für nen nettes Gespräch immer zu haben.

Your new flatmates would be:
Johannes, 22, has just completed his Bachelor's degree in Psychology and is in his first semester of Social Sciences/Computer Science.
And Fabian, 19, has just started his dentistry degree.
Johannes moved in last year in May and will possibly leave the flat share this semester, so that the largest room in the flat (18m2) would then also be free. He is currently on holiday in Thailand with poor internet.
Johannes is often with his girlfriend and Fabian doesn't know where to find a free minute because of all his hobbies and demanding studies.
Johannes likes to do a lot of sport and enjoys cooking food that smells far too good late at night. Usually after I had just decided not to eat anything before going to bed ;) He is a vegetarian and cooks delicious curries.
Fabian eats everything, plays the cello and tennis and sings in the choir. As a result, he's always on the go but also up for a nice chat.
Da Johannes eventuell zum Start des Semesters auszieht, können du und Fabian dann selber euer neues WG Leben formen und eine passende 3. Person zu euch finden.
Der Abschlag ist für die Küche und die Vorhangstange :)
