Die Wohnung hat vier Zimmer (9 sqm, 12 sqm, 16 sqm, 23 sqm).
Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Haus. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein eigener Keller und das Haus hat gemeinschaftliche Wäsche- und Fahrradkeller. Die oben angegebene Miete bezieht sich auf die gesamte Wohnung (Warmmiete + Strom + Internet). Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerabteil und ein Fahrradkeller, sowie ein Raum zum Wäschetrocknen.
Dein Zimmer ist mit 9 m2 das kleinste und günstigste in der Wohnung und teilt eine Fensterfront mit dem Balkon. Dadurch bekommst du viel Licht. Mit den bestehenden Schalosien kannst du dir bei Bedarf Privatsphäre schaffen.
In den Kosten ist alles inbegriffen, auch Internet.

The apartment has four bedrooms (9 qm, 12 qm, 16qm, 23qm). Toilet and bathroom are separate and both have a window. We have a large balcony, which is perfectly suited for having a bear or a games night in the summer. Parking space are directly in front of the house. We have a basement compartment and access to a space to dry laundry and store bicycles. The rent includes (Rent with heating, electricity and internet).
Your room is 9 m2 large and the cheapest in the apartment. Its two windows open up to the balcony, which gives you a lot of light. Window blinds give you privacy when desired.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah am Nordcampus und ist damit perfekt für Naturwissenschaftler:innen geeinet. Eine Bushaltestelle ist hinterm Haus. Mit dem Rad erreicht man den Zentralcampus in 10, die Innenstadt in 15 und das Unisportzentrum (FIZ) in 5 min, Supermärkte (Tegut, Aldi, Real), Bäcker, Apotheke und Poststelle sind auch um die Ecke und hinterm Stadtrand kann man gut joggen gehen.
Es gibt Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus und der Anschluss zur Autobahn ist sehr gut.

The apartment is located very close to the northern campus and is perfectly suited for students of natural sciences. A bus stop is behind the house. The central campus can be reached in 10 min by bike, the city center in 15 min, the university sport center (FIZ) in 5 min. Several supermarkets (Tegut, Aldi, Real), a bakery, a pharmacy and a post office are close by. You can go jogging nearby. Parking spots are directly in front of the house and access to highways is excellent.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner:innen sind Josè, Liz und Jazib. Die drei sind erst vor kurzem eingezogen, sind aber aber schon länger befreundet, sodass du dich auf eine aktive Gemeinschaft freuen kannst.
Josè und Liz kommen aus Lateinamerika und haben gemeinsam in Göttingen Nachhaltige Landwirtschaft studiert und sind beide über dreißig. Jazib kommt aus Pakistan, hat kürzlich seinen Master in Mathematik abgeschlossen und wird hier eine Doktorarbeit schreiben.
Wir unternehmen gerne viel, sind sehr offen und gesellig. Daher treffen wir uns häufig zum Quatschen, wir haben Besuch oder wir gehen gemeinsam in eine Bar.
Wir suchen eine gesellige und offene Person als neue Mitbewohner:in , die respektvoll kommuniziert und gern gemeinsam Spaß hat, aber auch die Grenzen der anderen achtet, sodass jeder sich zurückziehen kann. Sauberkeit ist uns auch sehr wichtig. Im Moment haben wir einen groben Putzplan und sprechen uns darüber hinaus für alles was sonst noch anfällt flexibel ab.

Your future roommates are Jose, Liz and Jazib. They moved in only recently, but have been friends already for a long time. So you will be moving into an active community!
Jose and Liz come from latin america, have studied sustainable agriculture and are both over thirty. Jazib comes from Pakistan, recently completed his master's degree in mathematics and will do his PhD in Göttingen.
Jose, Liz and Jazib like to spend time together and are open minded. We are looking for a flat mate that is fun, open minded and respectful, so that everyone can have their space, too.
Es ist eine Ablöse für die neue Waschmaschine und der Anteil am Gemeinschaftsmobilar, den ich von meinem Vormieter übernommen hatte, sind 40€ zu zahlen.
Eine Kommode, ein Regal, ein Wandregal, ein Tisch, ein Stuhl und das Bett kannst du idealerweise auch übernehmen.
Idealerweise möchtest du um den 1.6.22 einziehen. Es gäbe nach Absprache und in Abhängigkeit von meiner Situation die Möglichkeit das Zimmer schon um dem 1.5.22 zu übernehmen.
