Ich suche einen Ersatz für meine Mitbewohnerin, die zum Oktober aus unserer WG auszieht. Es handelt sich um eine 2er WG im Studentenwohnheim am Papenberg mit Zugang zum Waschraum und guter Parkmöglichkeit. .
Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern mit jeweils einem Wandschrank und aus einer kleinen Küche mit Herd und Backofen plus einem Badezimmer mit Dusche. Wlan ist bereits vorhanden, man hat ebenfalls guten Zugang zum eduroam.

Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es zu Fuß etwa 2 Minuten und mit dem Fahrrad in die Innenstadt bzw. zum Z-Campus ca. 10 Minuten. Die Lage ist grundsätzlich sehr ruhig, man muss aber damit Leben, dass manchmal Abends im Innenhof mal ein Paar nette Leute ein Nörti trinken.
Ich bin nicht interessiert an einer Zweck-WG.
Bitte nur melden, wenn der Plan besteht dauerhaft einzuziehen und nicht nur für ein Semester.
Ich esse Fleisch. Wenn du Vegetarier*in bist, solltest du damit kein Problem haben, dir einen Kühlschrank etc. zu teilen.
Ich freue mich schon auf unser erstes Bier! und auf das Zweite...
