Hallo, wir suchen ab dem 1.11.2022 eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere WG.
Das Zimmer ist 16 qm groß, es ist hell und gemütlich. Es wird unmöbliert vermietet. Die Warmmiete beträgt 363 Euro.
Es befindet sich in Weende. In der Nähe kann man gut in Aldi oder Lidl einkaufen und ca 300 m entfernt befinden sich Penny und Rewe. Das Klinikum und der Nordcampus sind nahe gelegen und die Bushaltestelle ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In die Innenstadt oder zum Bahnhof braucht man ca 10-15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
WG Leben
Zur Zeit wohnen Lea Zhengjie und Estera in der WG. Estera studiert Medizin an der UMG, sie zieht aus.
Lea macht seit August 2022 eine Ausbildung zur 3D-Designerin und Zhengjie hat gerade mit ihrem PhD Program am Max Planck Institut angefangen. In der WG wird Englisch gesprochen aber auch Deutsch, da Zhengjie dabei ist Deutsch zu lernen. Wir haben ein harmonisches WG Leben, sind offen, erzählen und kochen gerne zusammen. Respektieren es aber auch wenn man seine Ruhe braucht. Wir freuen uns darauf eine neue Mitbewohnerin kennenzulernen.

Hello, we are looking for a new roommate for our flat share from November 1st, 2022.
The room is 16 square meters, it is bright and comfortable. The room is rented unfurnished. The rent is 363 Euro, all costs included.
It is located in Weende. Nearby you can shop well in Aldi or Lidl and about 300 m away are Penny and Rewe. The clinic and the north campus are nearby and the bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. It takes about 10-15 minutes by bike to get to the city center or the train station.
WG life
Lea Zhengjie and Estera are currently living in the flat share. Estera studies medicine at the UMG, she moves out.
Lea has been training as a 3D designer since August 2022 and Zhengjie has just started her PhD program at the Max Planck Institute. English is spoken in the shared apartment, but German is also spoken, since Zhengjie is in the process of learning German. We have a harmonious living, are open, and we like to talk and cook together. But we also respect it if you need your peace and quiet. We look forward to meeting a new roommate.
