Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat einen Flur, ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und eine große Küche die sehr gut mit Geräten, Geschirr und Kochutensilien ausgestattet ist. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine und einen großen Kühl- und Gefrierschrank. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden, sowie im Waschraum des Hauses ein Trockner. Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller und zur Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz, den ich nicht nutze und der zur Verfügung stünde. Wir haben auch ein Kellerabteil und eine Abstellkammer.
Das freie Zimmer ist rechteckig und hat ungefähr die Maße 3m * 5,5m, mit Fenstern an der schmalen Seite nach Süd-Ost. Du kannst entweder deine eigenen Möbel mitbringen oder die nutzen, die darin stehen. Alle Möbel auf den Bildern außer das Bett und den Bürostuhl kann ich dir im Zimmer lassen. Wenn du deine eigenen Möbel mitbringen magst, kann ich aber meine auch herausräumen - außer den Bauernschrank, der müsste auf jeden Fall drin bleiben.
Mein Zimmer ist ein bisschen kleiner, hat dafür aber eine kleine Terasse auf der ich im Sommer ein wenig Gemüse anpflanze.

The apartment is located on the ground level and has a hallway, a small bathroom with shower and a large kitchen which is very well equipped with appliances, dishes and cooking utensils. There is a dishwasher and a large refrigerator and freezer. A washing machine is also available, as well as a dryer in the laundry room of the house. There is a bicycle cellar and the apartment includes an underground parking space, which I do not use and would be available. We also have a cellar compartment and a storage room.
The spare room is rectangular and measures approximately 3m * 5.5m, with windows on the narrow side facing south-east. You can either bring your own furniture or use the ones that are in it. All the furniture in the pictures except the bed and the office chair I can leave in the room. If you like to bring your own furniture, I can remove mine - except for the big closet, which would have to stay in.
My room is a bit smaller, but has a small terrace on which I grow a few vegetables in the summer.
Die Lage ist perfekt angebunden zum Nordkampus. Der nächste Supermarkt ist etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt und zu den Uni-Sportanlagen ist es etwa genau so weit. Bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß, der Bus fährt unter der Woche alle 30 Minuten in die Stadt oder zum Bahnhof. Mit 10 Minuten Fußweg ist man an einer besser angebundenen Bushaltestelle (Goldschmidtstraße).
Die Nachbarschaft ist jung aber ruhig und direkt hinter unseren Häusern fangen Felder an, man ist auch sehr schnell im Wald für Spaziergänge.

The location is perfectly connected to the Nordkampus. The nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes away by bike and it is about the same distance to the university sports facilities. It is about a 3 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, the bus runs every 30 minutes during the week into the city or to the train station. With a 10 minute walk you are at a better connected bus stop (Goldschmidtstraße).
The neighborhood is young but quiet and directly behind our houses fields start, you are also very quickly in the forest for walks.
Ich (Anna) promoviere und bin daher tagsüber überwiegend im Labor. Abends und am Wochenende bin ich auch viel unterwegs - beim Sport, auf Spieleabenden (zu denen ich ab und an auch mal einlade) oder einem gemütlichen Kneipenabend. Zu Hause koche ich gerne oder verbringe einen entspannten Abend auf der Couch. Ich habe schon in verschiedenen WG-Konstellationen gewohnt und mir ist vor allem ein freundliches und unkompliziertes Zusammenleben wichtig.

I (Anna) am doing my PhD and am therefore mostly in the lab during the day. In the evenings and on weekends, I'm also out and about a lot - doing sports, going on game nights (to which I also invite people from time to time) or having a pub night. At home I like to cook or spend a relaxing evening on the couch. I have already lived in various shared apartment constellations and a friendly and uncomplicated coexistence is especially important to me.

Ein- und Auszugsdatum sind noch etwas flexibel. Schreib mir gerne dazu wenn du etwas früher oder später ein- oder ausziehen möchtest und dann schauen wir wie das für uns beide am besten passt :)

Move-in and move-out dates are still somewhat flexible. Write me if you want to move in or out a little earlier or later and then we'll see how that fits best for both of us :)
