Hallo! Das Zimmer ist ca. 15qm groß, mit Fenster richtung Garten und wird nach wunsch leer oder möbliert vermietet (Bett, Matratze, Nachttisch, Schrank, Teppich, Regal). Zur Wohnung gehören Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad, Gästetoilette, Balkon und Abstellkammer. Der große Garten (insg. 1000qm) kann gerne mitbenutzt werden.
Internet ist über Wlan vorhanden.
Achtung: In der Karte hier wird der Standort komischerweise falsch angezeigt. Einfach bei Google Maps schauen nach "Stielerstraße 9, Gotha" für die richtige Darstellung!
Die Wohnung liegt günstig zwischen Bahnhof, Verwaltungshochschule und Altstadt. direkt gegenüber sind Rewe und ein Fitnesstudio, ein Lidl ist 400m entfernt und die Bushaltestelle und der Bahnhof sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In unter 10 Minuten ist man außerdem am Schlosspark und in der Innenstadt, mit dem Auto in 2 Minuten. Pendeln nach Erfurt ist sehr gut möglich, dank dem nahen Bahnhof und der guten Straßenanbindung richtung Autobahn.
Deine potentiellen Mitbewohner sind beide in den 30ern und unregelmäßig in Gotha.
Ich saniere zurzeit das Nachbarhaus und Micha erbeitet bei Thüringen Forst.
