da meine Mitbewohnerin leider auszieht, suche ich eine/n Nachfolger/in.
Das 20 m² große Zimmer hat einen eigenen Zugang zum rießigen Südbalkon. Bei Bedarf kann das Zimmer auch möbliert bleiben. Das kleine aber feine Wohnzimmer mit Couch, Esstisch und TV, schließt sich direkt an die Küche mit Waschmaschine an.
Im Flur steht ein alter Kachelofen, der im Winter gerne eingeheizt werden kann.
Das Bad mit Waschmaschine, Dusche und Badewanne ist ca. 10 m² groß.
Das Haus liegt idyllisch im Ortsteil Unteralting, ungefähr 5 km vom Ammersee und Wörthsee entfernt. Die nächste S-Bahn Station ist 3 km entfernt.
Zu mir, ich bin 30 Jahre alt und Grundschullehrerin. Ich mache viel Sport, bin gerne draußen und trinke abends des öfteren mal ein Bier.
Abschlagzahlung und Einzugadatum sind verhandelbar :)
