Hallo Liebe Wohnungssuchende,
für die Sommermonate Juli und August wird unser bestes WG-Zimmer frei. In der Zeit kannst du z.B. Wien kennenlernen.
Wir vergeben das beste Zimmer unserer WG, es hadelt sich um ein 25 m² großes Zimmer, voll möbliert mit einem sehr großen gemütlichen Bett in einem wunderschönen und gut saniertem Altbau mit sehr hohen Decken, Kastenfenstern und Holzparkettböden. Das Zimmer hat zwei große Kastenfenster mit viel Tageslicht. Das Zimmer kann weitgehend möbliert (siehe Bilder) bezogen werden. Das Zimmer ist ab 1. Juli 2021 verfügbar und kann bis Ende August bewohnt werden. Die WG besteht aus 3 Einzelzimmern, einer Gemeinschaftsküche, Badezimmer mit Fenster und einer separaten Toilette (siehe Bilder).
Die Miete für das WG-Zimmer beträgt 390,- EUR pro Monat (inkl. Strom, Gas, Internet und aller Nebenkosten), keine Zusatzkosten oder Ablöse etc. Das Zimmer ist von 1. Juli bis 31. August 2021 verfügbar (oder dazwischen mit anteiliger Miete).
Alle Zimmer sind separat begehbar. Wir haben in der WG schöne alte Holztüren, Kastenfenster und einen Holzparkettboden. Insgesamt ist die WG 90 m² groß und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Die Eingangstür ist eine neue massive Sicherheitstüre. Zudem verfügt die WG über eine schöne und gut ausgestattete Einbauküche mit sehr viel Stauraum für Lebensmittel. Jeder MB hat sein eigenes Küchenregal mit sehr viel Platz. Zur Küchenausstattung gehören außerdem ein großer neuer AEG-Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, eine Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Herd mit Cerankochfeld und eine Mikrowelle. Die WG liegt auch sehr günstig im 1. OG, also muss man nicht viel Treppensteigen.

Our best shared room is available for the summer months of July and August. During this time you can get to know Vienna, for example.
We will award the best room in our flat share, it is a 25 m² room, fully furnished with a very large, comfortable bed in a beautiful and well-renovated old building with very high ceilings, box windows and wooden parquet floors. The room has two large box windows with plenty of daylight. The room can largely be furnished (see pictures). The room is available from July 1st, 2021 and can be occupied until the end of August. The flat share consists of 3 single rooms, a shared kitchen, a bathroom with a window and a separate toilet (see pictures).
The rent for the room is EUR 390 per month, all inclusive! (including electricity, gas, internet and all additional costs), no additional costs or transfer fees etc. The room is available from July 1 to August 31, 2021.
Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein und ist einfach super genial im wunderschönen Freihausviertel im 4. Bezirk. Die WG befindet sich in der Margaretenstraße 45. Der Naschmarkt ist nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Karlsplatz und die TU sind 7 Minuten entfernt. Super Verkehrsanbindung U4 (Kettenbrückengasse) - U1, U2, U4 (Karlsplatz, Taubstummengasse) - Buslinien 59A und 13A - Straßenbahn 1, 62, Badner Bahn.
In der Margaretenstraße gibt es viele gute Bars, Cafes und Restaurants, die Pizzeria "Randale" ist direkt gegenüber von unserem Haus und ein Veganista ist fast vor der Haustür. Hier gibt es auch zahlreiche asiatische Restaurants und Geschäfte. Naschmarkt, Bipa, Billa, Hofer, Apotheke, etc. sind in unter 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

The location couldn't be better and is just super awesome in the beautiful Freihausviertel in the 4th district. The flat share is located at Margaretenstrasse 45. The Naschmarkt is only a 4-minute walk away. Karlsplatz and the TU are 7 minutes away. Great transport links U4 (Kettenbrückengasse) - U1, U2, U4 (Karlsplatz, Taubstummengasse) - bus routes 59A and 13A - trams 1, 62, Badner Bahn.
In Margaretenstrasse there are many good bars, cafes and restaurants, the pizzeria "Randale" is directly opposite our house and a veganista is almost on the doorstep. There are also numerous Asian restaurants and shops here. Naschmarkt, Bipa, Billa, Hofer, pharmacy, etc. can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot.
Deine neue Mitbewohnerin wird sein:
- Jade (25) kommt aus England und wohnt seit ca. 2,5 Jahren in der WG. Sie ist sehr ruhig und nett und studiert Architektur an der Angewandten und arbeitet bei einem Design-Büro und macht gerne Sport und kocht gerne vegetarisch.
Es ist eigentlich eine 3er WG, aber der Alex fährt im Juli und August in den Urlaub und ich ziehe aus. Ddeshalb wirst du nur Jade kennen lernen. Jade wird in dieser Zeit aber auch hin und wieder im Urlaub sein.
Wir kochen und backen gerne zusammen in der Küche und haben immer ein offenes Ohr für einander, respektieren aber auch die Privatsphäre der Mitbewohner. Wir legen viel Wert auf ein harmonisches WG-Leben mit gegenseitigem Respekt und wir haben einen fixen Putzplan.
Ich ziehe in eine eigene Wohnung und deshalb wird das Zimmer frei. Nach über 3 Jahren ziehe ich aus der WG aus, es fällt mir sehr schwer, es war eine super Zeit hier und ich hab mich extrem wohl gefühlt.

- Jade (25) comes from England and lives here for about 2.5 years. She is very calm and nice person and studies architecture at the University of Applied Sciences and works at a design office and likes to do sports and cook vegetarian meals.
It's actually a 3-person flat share, but Alexander is going on vacation in July and August and I'm moving out.
We like to cook and bake together in the kitchen and always have an open ear for each other, but also respect the privacy of the roommates. We attach great importance to a harmonious flat-sharing community with mutual respect and we have a fixed cleaning schedule.
I'm moving into my own apartment and that's why the room is becoming vacant. After more than 3 years I'm moving out of the shared apartment, it was a great time here and I felt extremely comfortable.
Bitte schicke uns eine Nachricht. Es wäre nett, wenn du eine Zeit angeben kannst, wann du für eine WG-Besichtigung Zeit hättest. Alternativ können wir die WG per Videochat herzeigen. Besichtigungen sind nach Absprache möglich.
Das WG-Zimmer kann von Juli bis August angemietet werden, oder nur im Juli oder nur im August oder dazwischen. Miete dann natürlich nur anteilig.
Rauchen ist nicht erlaubt. Wir suchen nach einem netten und ordentlichen neuen Gast.
