Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt neben dem Stadtpark und somit auch in der Nähe der KF- Uni Graz sowie der TU. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gleich in der Nähe.
Die Wohnung kann zur Gänze ab Sommer, nach Absprache übernommen werden. (keine Verpflichtung)
Im Winter heize ich mit Holz (festen Brennstoffen)wobei auch mit Strom geheizt werden kann...
Die Wohnung ist eher rustikal aber dadurch auch gut leistbar. Gesamtmiete der Wohnung (90mq) 580 Euro mit Strom. Wohnbeihilfefähig.
Ich selbst bin eine ruhige und umgängliche Mitbewohnerin und bin durch mein Studium FH und meinen Nebenjob als Kellnerin oft unterwegs und daher wenig in der Wohnung...
