Ich lebe seit 2019 in diesem schönen Haus. Ich liebe es, hier zu leben, wegen des Gartens, der Ruhe, die es mir gibt! Hier hat man viel Platz zu leben. Jetzt suche ich jemanden (oder ein Paar), der das Haus mit mir teilt.
Sie können jederzeit besuchen und ab September/Oktober/November umziehen.
Das Haus ist nähe FH, Billa, Hoffer, Spar, Post, Eggenberg Zentrum, Tram 7 und Bus 62 in 3min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das Haus hat 2 Zimmer (mit Balkon), 1 Büro, ein großes Wohnzimmer (das ich auch zum Musizieren und Unterrichten nutze), einen großen Garten mit Apfel- und Kirschbäumen, eine Garage, eine sehr schöne Küche und Bad/WC.
