Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, hell und derzeit möbliert. Die Möbel (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank) wurden vor kurzem gekauft und können gebraucht gekauft werden.

The room is very large, bright, and currently furnished. The furniture (bed, desks, wardrobe, Ikea Kallak) was recently purchased and can be bought second-hand.
Das Zimmer ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und hat ein großes Fenster. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Geidorf, ganz in der Nähe von SPAR, dem Campus und der Zinzendorfgasse und nur zehn Gehminuten vom Park entfernt. Trotz der Lage in einem lebendigen Universitätsviertel ist die Straße sehr ruhig.

The room faces south and has a large window. The flat is located in Geidorf, very close to SPAR, the campus and Zinzendorfgasse and only a ten-minute walk from the park. Despite its location in a lively university district, the street is very quiet.

Das Haus ist ziemlich groß und das Zimmer auch, also wäre es auch für ein Paar geeignet! Das war in der Vergangenheit der Fall, und es hat ziemlich gut funktioniert.
