Schönes Zimmer mit einer gemütlichen (Lese-)Ecke als Teil der 3 WG-Wohnung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der zweiten Etage. Es gibt einen Lift, Keller und einen Platz für Fahrräder.
In der Wohnung gibt es eine schöne Küche (und die Spülmaschine), Speisekammer und eine kleine Essecke. Das Badezimmer und die Toilette sind getrennt.
Das Zimmer ist so gelegen, dass es immer eine perfekte Menge an Licht gibt, im Winter ist es nicht kalt, im Sommer ist es nicht heiß.
Die Wohnung gehört der Agentur, die sich um alles Notwendige sehr genau und regelmäßig kümmert.

The apartment is located on the second floor. There is an elevator, cellar and a place for bicycles.
In the apartment there is a nice kitchen (and the dishwasher), pantry and a small dining area. The bathroom and the toilet are separate.
The room is located so that there is always a perfect amount of light, in winter it is not cold, in summer it is not hot.
The apartment belongs to the agency, which takes care of everything necessary very accurately and regularly.
Die Lage des Gebäudes ist perfekt! Es liegt im schönen, ruhigen Geidorf, in der Nähe des Parks und in Laufnähe zu allen Universitäten.
Spar und Billa sind ganz in der Nähe, die Apotheke ist um die Ecke und der Busbahnhof ist auch nur 200-300m entfernt.

The location of the building is perfect! It is located in the beautiful, quiet Geidorf, near the park and within walking distance to all universities.
Spar and Billa are very close, the pharmacy is around the corner and the bus station is also only 200-300m away.
Derzeit werden zwei Zimmer in der Wohnung vermietet, und der Mitbewohner, der in der Wohnung wohnt, ist ein wunderbarer 29-jähriger junger Mann, der Psychologie studiert, sein Praktikum macht und nebenbei arbeitet. Mit auch erstaunliche Hobbys wie Fahrradtouren, Training, Yoga und viele Outdoor-Aktivitäten.

Currently renting out two rooms in the apartment and the roommate living in the apartment is a wonderful 29 year old young man who is studying psychology, doing his internship and working on the side. With also amazing hobbies such as bike touring, working out, yoga and many outdoor activities.
Wie bereits erwähnt, werden zwei Zimmer vermietet und Sie können beide Zimmer besichtigen und bei Interesse an der Auswahl des dritten Mitbewohners mitwirken. 😍
