Heyo:))ich bin Sophia und suche eine nette, offene und unkomplizierte Mitbewohnerin.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock, also im Dachgeschoss. Das Zimmer ist ca 25 m2 groß und teilmobiliert. Es gibt zwei Fenster mit Blick Richtung Reinerkogel, also ist das Zimmer ziemlich hell.
Die nächste Busstation ist genau vor der Tür zu finden, eine Gehminute. Bim 3 und 5 fahren in zehn Minuten zum Hauptplatz und sind in der Parallelgasse zu erreichen. Ein Spar ist auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite und ein Billa und die Bäckerei König fünf Gehminuten entfernt. Die pädagogische Hochschule ist zwei Bimstationen entfernt. In fünf Minuten erreicht man den Radweg entlang der Mur.
Da es eine zweier WG werden soll, wohne derzeit nur ich hier. Ich studiere Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege an der FH Joanneum, bin 21 Jahre alt. Ich bin Musikerin, ich spiele Gitarre, Klavier und bin im Chor der KF, also solltest du nichts gegen musikalische Hintergrundbeschallung haben. Gesucht wird ein bodenständiges Mädchen, das offen und freundlich ist. Ideal wäre zwischen 20 und 25 Jahren.
